This helped me get my Sharkbite fitting on my copper pipe sealed perfectly. For a Sharkbite fitting to make a proper seal, the pipe needs have a clean cut and it needs to shaped perfectly round. This tool helped me restore the pipe shape.

Used once to resize a copper pipe and the hammer squashed the end so the inside sizer would not fit anymore. Maybe the metal was too soft. I fixed it with a file.

I had some 3/4 inch copper that got bent, this tool allowed me to get it back to round and usable again !

I use this tool so often. If you run into soft copper, there are many tricks to reshape it, but if you are a professional and don't have time to play games, this is worth the price. There is no guess work. It just works, and it takes the majority of the scraps left by a sawzall cut.
