Tastes really good! Easy to carry with you.
This makes my water taste really good. It doesn't take much but a little squeeze. The flavor is kind of like a berry flavor. It tastes sweet but there's not much in it to be high calorie. I can throw it in my lunchbox to flavor my water at work when I get tired of drinking just water. I need to drink more water & this makes it easier because it seems to go down a lot faster when its flavored. You can also control how strong you want it. I only prefer a little bit where my bf prefers more to make it stronger.

I expect better from Zhou and the Neuro-Peak line
Let me start off by saying that Zhou's supplements in pill form are usually great quality. Zhou's Neuro-Peak dietary supplement pills work well for me personally. That being said, I felt the need to be critical here to make it clear that this felt like a step in the wrong direction. I included the bottle back here in case the formula changes and I don't notice or have time to change my review accordingly. Bottom line, this will not help you focus unless you are already taking something else to focus, and even then effects are questionable. I have tried it for a couple days now, and will update if anything changes by the time I'm finished with the bottle. This would be a 2 star review if it was not for the trust I have in Zhou's ingredients.Alternative options:Zhou Neuro-Peak pill for the best effectBrain Tea Focus & Memory Herbal BlendConcentration of ingredients: 1 starIngredients quality: 4 starIngredient formula use: 2 starOther ingredients: 3 starFlavor: preference, 2 starConcentration of ingredients: 1 star. This was a crucial misstep for Zhou. Vitamin B12 is given at a good dose, which is important in any brain boosting formula. However, there are only 50mgs per serving in a proprietary (unlike Zhou) mixture of three other ingredients of Lion's Mane, Ginkgo Biloba, and Bacopa monnieri. To put this into perspective, studies that showed lion's mane had an effect on memory and cognition saw an increase in cognition after two weeks of taking 500mgs daily. Even if the proprietary formula was entirely lion's mane, you would need to drink literally the entire bottle of ten servings daily to notice an effect. The lion's mane they use is fermented, which should help with absorption, but is full body rather than focusing on the higher concentration parts. The studies on Ginkgo Biloba and Bacopa fall into this same problem, usually being studied at a minimum of 100mg and 300mg respectively (which is why the Zhou Neuro-Peak capsules use that amount!!!!). Bottom line - the concentration of these ingredients is too low for any effect alone. You will not feel more focused after a glass of just this. It could, maybe, give the little boost to something else you may be taking.Ingredient Quality: 4 star total, 5 star for active ingredients. Zhou does a great job ensuring the quality of their ingredients, so I have no doubt that they are high quality compounds. However, not stating the ingredients of the 'other natural flavors' is a strange move for zhou nutrition. natural flavors and similar compounds are not what Zhou focuses on, so there is no doubt that they are not held to the same high standards of the supplement ingredients. Not to mention, many of Zhou nutrition bottles are tinter black (including their Neuro-Peak supplement) because otherwise active ingredients would lose quality over time to light exposure. It was a bad move to create the bottle of the drink in white, and I hope the tint from the coloring added to the liquid helps protect it a bit more from light. Bottom line - Zhou's ingredients are trustworthy, but the bottle choice and add ons in the list are not the best options.Ingredient formula use: 2 star. This is because of a "proprietary blend" and the lack of compounds. A proprietary blend is never a good idea because the user can not know if they are getting the right levels of the specified compounds. What's worse, they call this proprietary blend the "Neuro Peak Blend" clearly for marketting purposes. This is not the "Neuro Peak blend" formula you see in the supplement and it is barely related. The supplement is awesome and includes Bacopa, Phosphatidylserine, Ginkgo, Rhodiola rosea, and DMAE. Notice, only two ingredients match the proprietary blend, and the third ingredient in the proprietary blend is lion's mane, which is not included in the neuropeak supplement (because the high dose of 500mg needed for effect would require a second pill). There is no reason 50mg, which isn't enough for a single of the active ingredients to be effective, should be a proprietary blend of compounds. I would let this slide - maybe, if I saw the same formula of the supplement so I could guess the ratio. The low concentrations of the lion's mane, Ginkgo, and Bacopa along with the few ingredients used leading to an incomplete formula, is why I rate the formula 2 stars.Other ingredients: 3 star. Not much to state here besides the fact that this many added ingredients is uncommon in a good supplement or for Zhou. This would honestly not be a problem if it were not for the proprietary blend and the "other natural flavors". It's not that big of a deal though and should not be how you determine if this is right for you. I put it here for a complete view.Flavor preference: 2 star. This is up to you, the flavor to me was a bit like medicine.Overall, the only way I could fit this in my daily routine is if I use it when I feel the effects of something else wearing off, which is not a concern of mine or something that should be considered often. I love Zhou and their Neuro-Peak supplement pill ingredients. Unfortunately, this drink does not match it.Fixes for Zhou in case they read this to up my review.Concentration of ingredients: 1 star - no brainer, up the ingredient concentrationsIngredients quality: 4 star - remove natural flavors or state them? Not a big deal and would not make my review 4 star if active ingredient concentrations given.Ingredient formula use: 2 star - add the ingredients that are in Neuro-Peak Pill, or take away the "Neuro_peak Blend" name. It worries me that you might change the pill too.Other ingredients: 3 star - This could be fixed with the ways mentioned above. You could also switch to a lemon powder concentrate in the liquid, which is a cheap and strong flavor to override herbal taste.Flavor: preference, 2 star - Can be fixed as mentioned above, but I do not take this into account since the products active ingredients are what matters.

Meh. I did not feel much.
Zhou "Energy + Focus" was really effective for me, so I was looking forward to using this before a homework session. But I didn't notice any improvements to my mental "clarity" or anything else. Tastes good tho

Weak taste little changes
Little disappointed in Zhou on this one. I take other supplements from Zhou and they are fairly effective. This one not so much. Has a very weak flavor. With only 10 servings per bottle it doesn’t really go that far. Couple that with the price and it’s over all highly ineffective. Grab a thing of Mio for less and at the very least you’ll get some flavor and the effects of B12

I haven’t seen any difference yet

$7.50 ??!
I really enjoyed this product on many occasions. I have used other products from Zhou, and enjoyed them as well. However, with a price of $7.50 per bottle, I will no longer be using any of these products.

....
The product does not taste bad, I tiny bit like vitamins, but I have yet to see the difference. I use their hair supplements, but my god, the pill is the size of my head, and VERY hard to swallow. I bought all 4supplement types available, especially the hair (I also got the glow and calm ones), but I haven't really seen a huge difference. The good part....I HATE water, and these help me get some in my body, and when there are certain vitamins involved, why not?
