Serves the purpose well.
Amidst this pandemic, its really hard to find a gym , and its kinda scary to go to one. I was desperately looking for home workout equipments . Yes its true that I could have gone for calisthenics, but you know , having a equipment help you be motivated. I got my self some dumbbells for my biceps and shoulders , but I was wondering what I should get for my back and abs .This one seemed promising to me , you see doing abs workout like situps without assistance causes some problems like back pain , neck pain etc . This product gives you the right support that you need and thus you can now focus on your reps and the motion for max contraction.And doing a back workout at hope , I never thought it is possible other that chinups , but this one really serves the purpose very well , I can actually feel my wings muscle flex .And biceps workout is also aided by this tool while doing back workout.I do reccomend this product, just be cautious and do not try to use is while standing, I recommend avoid deadlift type motion using this.I am going with 4 stars .

This product is very helpful for morning time and I was really like this product I am using this equipment for doing exercise at home for almost a week now. The build quality is really good, spring and handles both. It's helpful for doing regular exercise for tummy, chest and arms.
