i love it, it works great for me. only thing is the green hand guard doesnt work too well sliding food, and when you slice, say an apple, if a stack of slices builds up in the catcher container, u just have to move them back or take them out, otherwise itll start jamming cause theyre getting in the way, and the slice wont go through all the way but kinda take a chunk out on one edge of the apple.not a problem for me, i love the price, the ease of clean, just rinse it, and the ease of changing attachments and the storage of said attachments

I love this little gadget. It is easy to use and clean. I have used it twice now and both times have been happy with the results.

I love this multi purpose mandoline. I have been wanting one for a long time and finally broke down and bought this one. I love how it has a place to collect what I am slicing rather than me putting a bowl next to what I am using to put the sliced items in. My only two complaints is that the green thing that you hold the veggie to slice, doesn't hold the veggie that well. I tried using a whole cucumber and realized it was easier to just hold the cucumber with my hand to slice it. Then i tried putting half of the cucumber on the green hand holder and it still was hard to get the prongs in to the cucumber to slice. I found it easier to just use my hand to slice the veggies than that green thing. Also once a certain amount was collected in the base, than I had to dump it in a bowl to make room for more slicing as I couldn't slice a whole bunch at a time. But still love it more than using the cutting board and trying to make sure that each items was perfectly round! I have used it for Potatoes and carrots and sweet potatoes. All turned out great and my kiddos thought I was a professional chef!

Great slicer, east to use and safe.

I bought this to grate baby carrots, but it doesn't grate the small carrots at all.

There were no instructions included, so it took me a bit to figure it out. The box is also not in English (though there is a little English blurb about it), so there was no help in the wording on the box. After awhile of looking at the pictures and playing with it a bit it was easy to figure out though.I do like the way all of the parts snap together since it will keep me from losing anything, but it does create a bit of an issue with cleaning. The unused parts don't get a lot on them, but they are exposed on the inside so they do inevitably end up with food on them. I don't like having to clean something that wasn't used, but if I take them out I run the risk of losing them.There are also quite a few spikes that are a bit too thick for delicate foods coming out of the handle part. It's ok for harder foods, but it rips soft food to shreds before you're finished slicing them. I've only used the mandolin slicer so far for my fruits, and the kiwis just end up a mangled mess about 2/3 of the way through. I'd check the instructions to see if I'm doing something wrong, but again I didn't have any.tl;dr works fine, not my favorite.

I am very pleased with this product by Lurch. I have been looking for a good quality 4 in 1 multi purpose v slicer. And I must say I am totally pleased with the quality and durability of this slicer. It is very easy to use and compact it is a nice made piece of kitchen equipment. It is nice and sturdy and very attractive. It cleans well and is so easy to store. The 4 in 1 multi-purpose V-slicer comes in a very nice and colorful box. The slicer comes with four stainless steel interchangeable blades that really are nice and sharp. The interchangeable blades are a julienne blade, coarse grater, crinkling blade and a slicing blade. The slicer has a nice tray that come completely off that catches whatever you are slicing; this is very convenient to have; because not only does it catch what you are slicing but it also comes off so you are able to use it as a serving dish. The slicer also comes with a device that you can put your food onto to easily slice, cut, or grate your food. This is really convenient and works great; it has eight prongs that insert into your food item and help keep it in place and has a nice edge for easy use and great protection. I really enjoy this slicers! Prior to having this slicer I owned the pampered chef ultimate mandolin and I can honestly say I alike the Lurch 4 in 1 multi-purpose v slicer better. I feel that the cut is better and the overall quality of the slicer is better. Does what it says on the tin. Good German make, and clever design that stores non-used blades inside the mandoline.

La râpe est bien,les differents embouts bien ranger dedans. Mais le protège-doigts n'est pas adapter, on arrive pas jusu'au bout.

Muy cómo de usar. Tiene un montón de opciones de corte con bandejas de cuchillas intercambiables. La única pequeña pega que le veo es limpiar las cuchillas. Se hace mejor con un cepillo que con un estropajo, porque lo corta. También lo limpio en el lavavajillas, y de momento ha aguantado bien.
