I was hoping to add these to my yogurt to create a crunchy texture. The texture and durometer right out of the bag is similar to chopped peanuts after mixing with yougurt. These are meant for baking, so perhaps the texture changes after baking. I don't have this info. Just suffice it to say, there are NOT LIKE CRUMBLED HEATH BARS, which they never claim, but it's easy to assume (or hope).
