I purchased this item like I do with many other supplements (knowing Amazon has fresh stock in their warehouses)This was not the case !!! See for yourself: the expiration date it's only months not even years before it can't be used.I like to stock many things and this is important to me...because you never know when a new eerie pandemic can hit !!! I should have known better because I was looking for CORDYCEPS SINENSIS which is the real deal if you read a little bit. However as I said before the label is misleading. I think the seller made this on purpose (to picture the label of another product) so you get confused and purchase anyway this product !!! Caveat emptor!!! I take this two hours before going to sleep and when I wake up. It is mood-boosting, alleviates anxiety, eases depression, and encourage better sleep. I recommend starting with half dose when starting especially while taking it during day time. It puts you in a strong focus and easy flow feeling.

Seemed to work at first for my chronic pain from fibro and arthritis but quit working after about a week, and, it upset my stomach. I have IBS.Did nothing for my sleep.Everyone is different though
