Wilk these turn into flys

Yes. They will crawl out if possible and pupate into black soldier flies. They will then mate, lay eggs and in about a week they will die. The eggs hatch and the cycle starts over. I keep mine in a screened tub with cardboard for the adults to lay eggs in and the grubs to pupate.
