Tims style of writing brings his adventure of being an astronaut alive. Entertaining and full of interesting facts without being too technical. Full of humour and fascinating anecdotes. A must for any space enthusiast or just someone who likes a good read. It really does take you to another space. ☺️

What a great read Tim is superhuman it’s unbelievable what he had to go through to achieve his dreams . A great read for anyone plus some great pictures at the end . Well done Tim

If you are into Space exploration and adventure style books, you will love this book. It is a fascinating story of someone who has achieved so much in his life, but remains very modest. There are plenty of photos used to illustrate the book as well. Great book by a great person.

Very engaging read. For the first half of the book, Tim’s life had many similarities with mine. I was starting to feel all excited about this, but then he became a Jedi at the Empire Test Pilots’ School, and continued to get more and more of a ninja! It’s a great read, and despite the fact that he achieves so much throughout the book, it doesn’t come across as cocky or bragging; just a really interesting account of a very interesting life journey, which should be just about relatable enough for almost anyone to be gripped by it.

I'm not going to read lots of other reviews before writing this. I'll just say that I would like to shake Tim Peake warmly by the hand after reading this utterly absorbing account of his fascination for flight, for science and for adventure. He has done what few of us could dream of, much less summon up the courage to actually do.The humour and humility run from the first page to the last and, leaving aside what a massive technological, educational and political event this was, you never forget that astronauts are humans. They worry about the same things and laugh at the same things that we ordinary folks do. And they go to the toilet like we do - well, not quite.Some books leave you feeling that you know the writer on some level. This is one of those books. It's well worth your time.

This book gives a good insight on Tim Peake's daily life and is very inspirational. Would recommend it to people interested in the military or astronomy. This book helps people from ordinary to extraordinary.

A wonderful story and well written. Could not put this down, and I do not normally read biographies.Reading Tims book the reader feels he is actually sharing Tims experiences, Tim Peake is of course famous as an astronaut but it is more than halfway through the book before space or rocketry get a mention and the reader is hooked even at this stage. A terrific story of a terrific life. Well done Tim.

Brilliant insight into the life of an astronaut & a special driven person who achieved so much, through hard work.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Tim at one of our partner conferences in SA, where he was invited to talk about his experience and to relate it to personal motivation . We even received a copy of his book at the time, which I never read!!I waited a few years to read this update, and i am really glad that I did…it was already something to meet an astronaut in the flesh, but to learn more about his really interesting and adventurous life, I needed to almost forget our meeting and then start over in the book.Really enjoyed this, as I read few autobiographies, but this was more closer to home since I had met the man himself.

After following Tim Peake's time on the ISS in social media, was curious to know more. The book was informative without being too technical, as well as filled with humor. Enjoyed it immensely
