This book goes in depth on the basics of aviation. Only utilizing this book and a fast class through math and reading comp I had passed my SIFT with a 57. Highly recommend

First and foremost, this book prepares you for the SIFT test without a question. There are instructions for each section, practice problems and then the respective answers (some sections have in-depth explanations for each choice too).I have the 2017 version of this book as well, and the only difference between that one and the 2020-21 is that the ‘21 has cosmetic changes. This one also has a table of contents for easy navigation. Nevertheless, you’re getting an outstanding piece of work.You’ll receive great advice for each category on the SIFT. My instructors have had nothing but good things to say. This prep book has everything you will need with concise yet constructive content. I didn’t know much about the mechanics of a helicopter but now I do!

Loved this book. Ordered it about a month before my SIFT. Went through each practice. I will say after taking the SIFT that some of the questions are more complicated and more indepth than what's on the test but was still a great source of info! Highly recommend.

It’s a pretty good book to practice the SIFT on. It’s the only book I used and I ended up with a 68.

I had an older SIFT pratice guide from 2014 and decided to get a more recent one to help get me prepped for the SIFT. After reading thru it least twice I decided to just go and take the test. I passed easily even tho I've been out of any schooling for least a decade. Definitely brush up on your math before hand.

The drawings are a little different than what is on the test. The mechanical section is a little more complex than what's on the test, but it's good information. All other sections are awesome and accurate. I scored a 65 on the SIFT! I highly recommend this book, also visit the FAA site for helicopter flight manual.

Good study guide👍🏽 It has explanations of correct answers after test sections. that is extremely helpful in the math and mechanical subjects.
