These knives are a good value, not inexpensive by any means. They are extremely sharp, I did add a little additional stroping just to see how good the steel was. It’s very good (hard steel) the best I can tell. The knives are thin which I like. I don’t recommend and bending or twisting as they may be deformed or crack. The big knife is not really a cleaver. Most will be very satisfied with this purchase. I can’t imagine why anyone would place a sharp, expensive knife in the dishwasher.

Food preparation will be most important. All its will be clean and measured.

Very pretty but not as advertised. The blade does not appear to be Damascus steel and does not go the full length of the handle (full tang) so the weight isn’t there to make them really good knives.

Lots of late night research proved these knives to be what I was looking for. 72 folds damascus steel. Sandlewood handles. Good weight and balance in hand. I didn't want any shears or block so this was perfect for me. VERY sharp! Comes in a custom cut out display/storage box. Lifetime warranty.

I gave these as a birthday gift. They were a huge hit! They are so beautiful. Everyone at the party wanted them too.

I have always wanted a nice knife set and this one is just that. It’s the knives are beautiful from the blade to the handle. Super sharp and packaged nicely too

One of the knives was scratched

These are not real damascus, look and feel cheap, and the color is much different than appears in the photo. I thought they would be much closer to matching the base, but they don’t.Being a magnetic base is neat, but since magnets are in sections, the knives tilt and pivot and do not stand straight up.

I really liked the look of these knives, Unfortunately for new knives they were not sharp at all. Disapointed as they were not inexpensive.
