Wonderfully torturous.
When I was young I could kick super high easily hitting a punching bag. Now at 51 with arthritis in my lower back and hips I have trouble getting on a bike because I can't raise my leg high enough. This device simulates someone placing their feet on your ankles and pushing but you have control instead of them. It's a little awkward to use at first but one becomes accustomed. I find I can get a wonderful stretch on my inner thighs and hamstrings, roll my hips and work the hip flexors all at the same time. It's painful while stretching but when my body relaxes I can feel the pressure release from tight muscles and less hip pain from daily activities. I doubt this will bring me back to my younger years agility but I'll keep on pushing. This is a necessary evil for me.

Good stretch
As we get older we lose flexibility and develop that all too familiar "old person" shuffle. I picked this up to help me deal with that and its effects.Setup is very straightforward and simple as is use.The grip and ankle rests are comfortable. The only criticisms I have are:1) The directions gloss over the importance of a proper warm up prior to stretching. Failure to spend some time prepping for the stretch will lead to pain and possibly injury.2) The directions don't give any instruction or example of a "good stretch " and there's no warning about "bouncing", another potential cause of injury.3) The connection point for the 3 bars seems a little less sturdy than I'd prefer. It needs to be light and move freely but this one seems just a smidge... flimsy. The 1st two concerns aren't issues if you're used to do any warm-up prior to physical activity but should still be included for novice users. The last concern is likely a product of keeping cost down which is the typical trade off on exercise equipment.Overall, solid useful tool for stretching old legs. Will probably help younger ones as well so long as they prepare properly and use good form.

Cheaply made
Cheaply made. Took a few minutes to figure it out. Works but pretty cheap for the price. Can’t image it’ll last long

Works well.
It's a litter clunky. But works well. I'm able to stretch my legs and feel much better afterwards. It is fully adjustable. It gets me wider than I've been able to get before.
