Product worked only for 2 months
I had purchased 2 nos but within 2 months one was not working and requested for replacement

Worst quality product. The device is not working. Not even used for 3 months.
Worst quality product. Not even work for 3 months. Amazon should perform quality check before selling this substandard product online.The warranty support is also very pathetic. I sent the defective product to there service center, however haven't received the repair/replacement after 2 weeks. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Defective and works only 2 months
Product is defective and works only for 2 months, this is second time I purchased this product and both the times the product stopped working.They say 6 months warranty and asking us to courier the defective piece to new delhi and then they will identify the problem and respond... Do you call this as customer service...?Don't but this product for warranty.It's a waste of money

Working well as expected
The product works fine. At times the charging wont work properly. So has to unplug and plug it back.The green light is too bright. Not suitable for bedside.

Product is good but not durable
Good product based on the functionality it offers but not a durable product. Stopped working just after the warranty period.

Waste of money
Utterly useless, the first one stopped working the day after it was received and its replacement stopped working after a month and a half of very limited use.A waste of money for me and a reputation damager for Portronics.
