This ankle compression ice wrap is the very best ever. You choose the compression or even not to use compression. The ice pack really holds the cold for a long time. Comfortable, easy to put on and take off. It covers all areas of the ankle, not just one at a time. I highly recommend it! I own two and won't use anything else. The Very Best!

I bought this because it looked closest to the one used at PT. This is very cold and works very well for my fractured ankle.

The media could not be loaded. My ankle still gets swollen sometimes especially after my surgery 3 months ago and this always feels so good to put on after a long day. It cools down my ankle and reduces swelling. Best purchase for my ankle yet.

If you are pregnant and super swollen...DO NOT hesitate to buy this product. Nothing will take down your swelling as fast as this. It even gives compression instruction and patterns that work! My photo is 25 minutes apart. Do your self the favor!

The product doesn’t hold air very well once it is pumped up. However, as someone that had ankle surgery and has had numerous ankle injuries, I still like how the ice pack wraps around the ankle and foot. It would be nice if the compression portion held better, but in terms of icing the area, I think it does a good job. Ice pack lasts about as long as any other reusable pack.I have 3 starts because of the faulty compression feature, it is HEAVY, and a little awkward to wrap around. I have wide feet. When my ankle was very swollen, it was difficult to get the straps to Velcro closed.

I have to say this was a smart purchase for me. My foot can start hurting after I've exercised it, and 15 to 20 minutes wrapped in this Ice pack wrap, really helps to calm the joint down. The incredible this is how long it lasts.
