Agirlgle Wood Jigsaw Puzzles 1000 Pieces for Adults for Kids, Jigsaw Puzzles -World Landmarks Map- Wooden:I highly recommend Agirlgle 1000-piece wooden puzzles.We are nearly finished with the Agirlgle wooden World Landmark puzzle.This is the best puzzle BRAND we have ever assembled for the following reasons:(1) STURDY: Wood backing makes pieces about 1/4" thick. No bent pieces and they have precise edges.(2) LETTERS ON BACK: On a 1,000 piece puzzle, the back is ink-stamped with one of 8 letters of the alphabet. Each one-eighth section of the BACK of the puzzle is stamped with one of the letters. This helps my husband and me to make a more fair assembly of jigsaw puzzles. I get 4 sections and he gets 4 sections. We are not reaching over each other for pieces, or feeling bad that our mate did 3/4 of the puzzle, We each get exactly half. We have to separate them alphabetically ourselves since they arrive mixed.(3) All the pieces are there, none bend, virtually no dust or shavings(4) The image is clearly printed, has bright colors, and is well attached to the background with a sturdy finish.(5) pieces fit together precisely. When done assembling or when you have a section finished, you can pick it up and it stays together(6) We like the unique images that Agirlgle offers which mostly are more geared for adults and older children. Most of their images are not juvenile, as are so many jigsaw puzzle images.(7) It is not true, as stated by one of the other reviewers that "all the pieces are the same". Simply NOT TRUE. There are the full range of geometries: 4 holes, 1 knob, 2 knobs at opposite ends, 2 knobs at right angles, 3 knobs, 4 knobs. The knobs and holes are of different sizes and may be shifted to the left or right on a particular side. The knobs and holes tend to be symmetrical which may give the impression of greater uniformity, but if you actually look at the pieces they are different. Plus if you place a piece and are not sure that it is right, just flip over the puzzle and see if the stamped letters on the back are perfectly aligned.We already have ordered another 5 puzzles made by Agirlgle. This will now be our go-to brand.Regarding the Landmark World Map image: We enjoyed the many landmarks illustrated on the map, even if there was "artistic license" taken in the placement of landmarks within a particular continent. Landmarks were on the correct continent. On this particular puzzle, the wide expanses of water were made easier via placement of schools of fish, ships, leaping dolphins, wakes of ships, drilling platform, etc.

Great, sturdy puzzle and fun to assemble. I put this in the lobby for my staff and customers to put together, and they ended up roping me in too. Great bonding experience and I love the picture, very interesting and brings out a lot of stories as you put certain parts together and it gives numerous opportunities to learn about your co-workers. Would buy again.

This was one of the best puzzles I have done. The pieces are wooden and the colors are bright. The scale is not accurate to anyone who wants to nitpick but it doesn’t matter because it was really beautiful and fun. My nine-year-old son and I had a lot of conversations about where things were located on the globe so it was still educational. There’s a letter grade on the back that helps if you’re a little bit lost but keep in mind they are upside down and backwards when you’re trying to do the puzzle. I would buy this brand again

We have been buying lots of jigsaw puzzles during the pandemic. These are the best—pieces snap in securely and stay together until you deliberately separate them. I’m happy to pay a little more for such good quality!

Ordered this puzzle, not realizing how cool it would be. It came in a box with a reusable bag to hold the pieces. Also it is made of thin balsa type wood instead of cardboard. The pieces fit together so well, we were able to pick up the whole puzzle once it was assembled. The back has 8 sections labeled with letters in case you want to divide up the pieces or need to know the exact orientation of a piece. And it came with a full size poster print for reference.

Half of the puzzle is missing. So dissapointed!! Started to realize that missing 4 from the corners but continued anyways but after 3 hours realized almost half of the puzzle is missing

Liked the wood structure of the pieces, the sectional identification letters on the back of the pieces, the potential learning factor for students. No dislikes
