Siemens MM0404L1400RLM 400-Amp Levery Bypass Meter Main Combination with and Ringless Cover

First, I did not take photo's, but, having ordered this same item twice now in 5 months, both times it came in perfect shape. No dents, perfect condition. This is well assembled, and absolutely the best professional 400amp service panel available on earth at this price, period. This item is also sold by Amazon itself, so feel safe knowing any issue should be easily resolved. From a hard working guy that deals with such equipment, don't make the mistake of letting some negative examples deter you from this deal. IMPORTANT: Simply call your local L&I or electricity provider to be sure this unit is allowed (Usually the debate is ring or ring-less) in your state/location. This unit works great in Washington.

We bought this at a reduced price because it had a slight defect that did not affect the use. Pleased with the price and value.

This was used for an airplane hangar. The power company commented on the great quality of the product.

We upgraded to 320 class service at our house. This was exactly the meter enclosure we needed. We purchased the 3" hub and ran 3" conduit in from overhead. The right side of the panel takes (2) 200 amp breakers (also ordered from amazon)- Those 2 breakers feed 2 separate 200 amp sub panels. One for our new apartment above the garage and one for our main house. Its a great setup.

Meter main was not shipped in original packaging, which was the first red flag. We are legally obligated to not install used electrical equipment, due to the state licensing laws and NEC code rules. This meter main had already been installed by the former owner. (2) 2.5" KO's were already missing from the bottom, and the 1/4" mounting holes were also knocked out. There were other dings and scratches on the gear.

Very, very pleased with the quality and construction of this product. Exceeded expectations and for the price....it is a supreme bargain. Comparable product through other dealers is hundreds of dollars more. Thank you! Very satisfied with this purchase!

The meter base itself looks pretty good. I think it'll work for my needs and the price was reasonable. The packaging was horrible. Just a flimsy wrap of cardboard that completely fell apart before making it to my doorstep. It took some dents and scuffs en route. I won't send it back because Ameren is coming soon to do the install and I don't have time to wait for a return. I'll find out soon if it works and will update this review if it doesn't. Hopefully the damage is only cosmetic
