The battery is likely to be well made, they provide good tools, and point you to videos that are clear on how to install it.However, from those videos I surmised that this model of iPhone requires expertise to replace the battery. There are multiple steps where one can break the iPhone with too much pressure, lifting a component to high, bending stuff... I'm reasonably good at repairing computers and this raised a caution flag for me. Apple replaced the battery for $49 in 15 minutes at an Apple Store (out of warranty).Related words of advice: Apple now offers a perpetual AppleCare+ subscription. They will cover your iPhone as long as you pay every year. This includes free hardware repairs and replacements, such as for batteries. The also charge low fees to repair accidental damages, no matter how many. You'll never have to buy an iPhone again! If they can't repair it or when they no longer repair that model, they will replace it for free.

My battery did not come with the waterproof seal replacement for the iPhone.I also got two phillips head screwdrivers, it was missing the "Y" screwdriver bit.Also the battery was a different capacity than advertised, I believe it was 3300mAh or 3500mAh.The install is quite difficult, even for someone that is tech savvy, in my opinion. You need to use a hair dryer to release adhesive, and deal with tiny screws and very small, flat cable connectors.The original battery adhesive did not remove properly, so I had to use a hairdryer to warm it up so the original battery would release.The battery is marked as unauthentic, so a warning comes up when you turn the phone on saying it's not a genuine part. According to the internet this will last for 4 days, and then show up in the settings menu for 15 days. The settings menu can't show you anything about the battery like charge cycles since it's not a genuine Apple part. The phone does still show the charge percentage though.Just finished the install a few minutes ago and the phone did turn on and is charging.Overall I wish I had just taken it to Apple for the battery replacement. It's too difficult to do with all the adhesive Apple shoves in there, and the non-genuine part warnings are irritating.If it really is a 3300mAh battery in there then it'll be nice to have the extra battery capacity, but still would just take it to Apple next time.

Good battery installed on my GF’s phone as she uses it a lot. Only downfall is you won’t know your battery health but if it lasts 1-2 years of top life your doing great. It takes about 1.5 hours of video and background apps on before it drops past 90% on SE2 as I have an SE3 it’s about the same.One thing is if your tight on cash this works great. If you good with cash get an apple battery or take it to a iFIX at least then you’ll still have waterproofing and battery health to monitor.

The installation is fine, all went OK. After installation the phone has an error that shows up as a red notification bubble on the Setting App. The error is "battery is not Genuine Apple part" and will not clear. everything else seems ok and the battery lasts longer than the original but the error should have been more clear on the description. Now I have to either live with the constant error or replace with a genuine apple part

I like the extended battery life. The adhesion was a little hard to use though. It didn’t come with a waterproof seal though.

Installed fine, charged up, other than the Apple hardware complaining it's not a "APPLE" battery, it powers the device and charges as intended.

Installed on our two Samsung 5S phones. Extended use to more than 36 hours straight before recharging. Never have a dead battery while working 16 hour days. No car charging between uses to get through the day. One caution, it is controlled by a chip. If it overheats it will shut down and cool off. This has never happened to us. We discovered it also shuts off if left out in the cold, until it is warmed up. Just keep phone in a shirt pocket inside a jacket in cols weather. Battery lasts for a week, or more on standby, easily a full 16 to 24 hours on talk and data. Phone is thicker and looks different because of the required supplied new back. This makes the phone easier for my wife to find in her purse The back is a protective hard rubber, easy to hold and sheds water. If you drop the phone you will have serious protection from damage that you won't find elsewhere.

Product seems fine and price was good. Not sure hoe I can accurately assess longevity until I have had it a while. However I had terrible shipper who left it at the wrong entrance to my house, even though my address clearly states the correct unit. I have a disaability and had to pay someone to drive a 30 km round trip to retrieve it. Impossible to communicate with said shipper as no one speaks comprehensible English.

Batteries not too bad but after changing it you get error Battery not recognize

Battery was reliable, works good and last awhile.

J 3's have a really high drain so the extra capacity helps
