An ok-ish book, not too great or amazing but ok for short
This book is almost like a tell-all book about my idol Rihanna and her early career beginnings, and it's a bit long to read sometimes throughout the start until the end but since it's a book about my favorite singer I would say it's a keeper a little bit. I am looking forward to buy another Rihanna biography book that details everything about her career, from her beginnings to the Rihanna she is today. So I give this book 3 stars, it's ok and not really a bad book but it could've been a lot better to say the least.

"Rihanna: Rebel Flower" 2011 Book Review.
A nicely put together biography of Rihanna, starting from her days as a child growing up in Barbados, to the music superstar that she is today. It covers everything from her first two albums, where she felt like she had no control over the music being put out with her name on it, to the domestic violence issues with ex Chris Brown, to taking control of her career and life to become the Rihanna everybody knows today. It's not too in-depth, and sometimes it does skirt across subjects and relies a little too much on rumours and hear-say which can make the book come across as kind of 'gossip-columnist', but for the majority it's a nice read that isn't too long but gets mostly everything about her life and music in there. It also has some nice glossy photographs dotted throughout, following her physical transformation from the 'good girl' Rihanna of 'Pon De Replay' to the vamp Rihanna who now sings songs like 'S+M' and 'We Found Love'.So while it isn't exactly a definitive biography of her, it is an easy-to-read, enjoyable book that will please her fans. I would recommend.
