Awaken® G110 Premium HANDSHOWER KIT

We really like this TP holder. It stands out a bit from the cabinet so the TP doesn't rub against the cabinet causing more lint. It gets a tiny bit dusty on the edges but it's super easy to clean. The pivot loading mechanism is smooth, easy to operate, and much better than the spring loaded or the open ended types. The Purist collection is a nice clean look that we like. We bought the matching towel ring and are equally happy with it. We would likely purchase again for our next house. The Purist line seems to be in the higher end of the Kohler line and is still affordable.

UPDATE #2:Kohler sent me a brand new unit- great customer service. While reinstalling the holder we realized that the problem does not lie in the holder being poorly constructed, but rather the wall anchors being cheap and flimsy. We replaced them with higher quality anchors and hope that this will fix it. Strange that such a high end product would use such cheap hardware though.UPDATE:After having this installed in a powder room for over a year, I can tell you that it did not hold up nearly as well as imagined. It was installed by professionals and the base became unsteady within a few months. We fixed it, but shortly thereafter we noticed that the pivoting arm was getting loose and now it pivots right off the latch, causing the TP roll to slide right off every time you reach for the paper. I've reached out to Kohler for assistance and will update if they provide any help. Overall though it has been disappointing, given how much it cost and how nice it looked.Previous 5 star reviewThis is a great, easy to use TP holder. Just wanted to note that it looks identical on both ends (not just an open stick at one end as this picture might suggest) and the part that holds the roll is a lever that pivots up when you are replacing the roll. Feels sturdy and well-made.

Great quality as always...that is to say, good quality chrome, no flaking, and if other Kohler products are an indication, will not have issues down the road...and if you do, Kohler always back their products. Amazon had competitive prices, not the lowest, but close to the lowest, and their reputation and speedy Prime shipping made it worthwhile.

Bought this tissue holder 5 years ago and it worked ok for 5 years after which it came apart. Since I don't want to drill new holes in the stone, I will need to find a new one with the same distance b/w th emounting holes.

also large, like the towel bar. I ended up not using this either for my bathroom addition but will likely use it for another bathroom that I need to renovate. IT looks nice, but cant speak to functionality since I havent used it yet. One hint to those of you who are redoing a bathroom - dont purchase until you or your contractor are ready to put it. This is the first time I have done a bathroom reno (or addition) and the contractor was way behind on his projections of completion, which left me beyond the return date for alot of the supplies that I bought. Live and learn.
