Upgrade for me
I'm very happy with this camera, it's an upgrade from the D3200 dslrI did buy the adapter to use my plethora of F mount lens.I know it's not a high end camera by any means. It my little world it's a huge upgrade amd I'm happy I did it.The learning curve is not to bad, and I flashed the firmware with in a week and it works fine. I did go on YouTube to get setting advice because the menu of options is incredibly. I would suggest getting a rear cap from the Nikon store for the lens when and if you purchase the adaptor. The one supplied is less then desirable.

There is a flaw
This is overall a great camera to use in conjunction with native lenses. I am on the my third warranty repaired Z50 and it was finally figured out. The FTZii adapter with a third party lens burns out the PCB. I know there is a firmware update to the adapter (2.2) but when you couple it with a third party lens, you have problems. Great camera, caveat emptor to FTZii with third party lens use.

Amazing
I do a lot of macro photography. I bought this camera and a Z50 macro lens for medical dermatology photos. the pictures far exceed my D850 and 105 macro lens in clarity and sharpness. I no longer "process" photos
