If you're looking for inexpensive curtains to hang in your shower, look no further! I had my doubts about these when I initially placed the order, but they're a great item for the price. I had to iron them to remove the wrinkles; be sure to iron them using a very low temp. I've had them up for a couple months now and they have yet to show any signs of mildew or mold. They dry very quickly. They're moderately sheer, so I still have mini-blinds behind the curtains in case the shower is being used at night, etc.I made a few modifications to mine in order to make the tie-backs work the way I wanted. The tie-backs already come with button holes sewn in them, so I sewed a button onto one end of each of the tie-backs. I then sewed one end of each of the tie-backs to the curtains themselves. This allows me to easily button the tie-backs to hold the curtains open. I would definitely buy this product again.

it was sold as 36 x 54. the package says 36 x 54. it is 34 by 53 1/2 exactly on both halves! our window is 35 inches wide. i bought these to be the double thickness backing of a kitchen flat panel curtain i'm making once my expensive perfectly measured pretty fabric gets here. the idea was it would block out the light a bit but not change the purple color coming through. by being too narrow it will have a 1 inch gap now. :( i was going to tell the seller but all their info says is contact amazon so i can't even let them know. i'll keep this and use it and figure out a way to fix the width problem somehow so the light doesn't seep through and blind me at the sink.the fabric is a nice silky taffeta, like a shower curtain. there are many loose threads to snip carefully. if you like white it's a beautiful snow white shade. nobody else will care if the width is off a bit because they will gather it on a rod, not make a shade panel as i'm doing. these are very sheer. if you don't have an eastern facing window it would be fine. my rating reflects being upset at the dimensions, not the fabric quality. i'm the only person who cares if it's 34 not 36...fabric, 5 stars.shipping, 5 stars.color, 5 stars.accuracy in dimensions,-12 stars.end result, 3 stars.

Have been looking for a white water-shedding fabric 54" long curtain for the window over our tub/shower for several years to replace a twenty+ year old dark-colored one that I purchased when you could still get tub/shower window curtains in any department store. Windows in the tub/shower area were common in older homes, but you can no longer purchase curtains for them in most stores. I modified this one to give it a ruffle above the rod by adding a row of stitching to each panel about 1/2 inch below the top of the curtain. That still left a pocket plenty wide enough for the rod, and gave the curtain a fancier sheared look at the top. I washed the curtain on delicate cycle in my washer and dried it for a short time in the dryer on delicate to remove the wrinkles. It came out beautifully. I like it so well that I am going to order another pair (there are two panels in each package). I don't want to have to search again when I need another pair!

We have an older home & it has a window with a wooden frame in the shower. Go ahead, I dare you to go out & find a store that sells waterproof shower window curtains. Impossible. Then Amazon offered these. Thank you, thank you, thank you. They are great. They shed water like water off a duck's back & what little dampness there is dries rapidly (read that as no mildew build-up). The seller sent exactly as described & it arrived promptly. I will order more to keep on hand...just in case. If you have a window in your bathtub I highly recommend this seller & this product.

The curtains are decent, do what they're intended to do: keep water off the ledge, give a little more privacy to a frosted glass window. However, I was sent the wrong size (54") which is waaaay too long for my shower and unfortunately, it was too late for me to return them. It's for a guest bath we only use once a year and I didn't bother to put them up right away and they got misplaced. My fault for not checking right away. Will make sure not to do that again. So if you do order, make sure you check the size when you get it.

I bought these curtains several years ago. They are holding up very well. Do you know how hard it is to find bathroom window "shower" type curtains? I have a rather large window in my bathroom where the bath tub is (the house was built in 1947). I guess not that many homes have windows over their bathtubs any more? I don't know, but it was VERY HARD for me to find a curtain to put up over that window that would work with getting wet every time I took a shower. This curtain was the perfect size and works very well.

Ordered Simple white polyester they don’t feel the best. Look fine don’t expect much from them. If you want something more luxurious or other better material get something else. I don’t on using them long just for holidays to match bathroom decor otherwise I would not use these anywhere else in my home
