Honestly, for the price, I wasn't expecting much. I mostly cared about counting steps. I had used the purple Fitbit Charge in the past, and it was impossible to sync to to the Fitbit app. When I open the Mi Fi app, my steps update immediately, which is a huge relief. I'm using an iPhone X, by the way. If you're using Noom's weight loss app, they have an option to choose Mi Fit as your step source, and it always syncs right up.Going back to my old Fitbit, its interface doesn't come close to the quality of the Mi Band. The silicone band is much more comfortable as well. Other reviewers have mentioned the band design is somewhat unique. I can assure you, it is quite easy to use, once you figure out the pinching motion.The step counting works really well, and the slew of other features are worth looking into. The sleep data, for instance, is something I check every morning now. I can easily swipe between days and compare the charts to see what is making me sleep better.The app itself is easy to read, navigate, and configure. I was expecting the customization options to be quite limited, but I was able to use it to easily remove all of the stuff I didn't want. That included any sort of phone notification and several menu items, like the Stress and PAI sections.The home screen layout is a little limited as far as the basic structure, but you can still choose which data to show in the available sections. I was able to keep things simple — the home screen shows my steps, the time/date/battery info, and the day's weather, which you can tap into and view more details, including the next few days. Very cool. Then, I just have two shortcuts: swipe left to control music on my phone, and swipe right to start a workout. I was even able to remove any of the workouts I don't use and order them how I see fit. Very, very cool. Supposedly you can even upload custom background images.Oh, and this thing holds a charge. It came charged at 50%. I used it for a week and only got down to 20%. I wasn't using any heart-rate monitoring, which supposedly will reduce the battery life.

I was skeptical about this at first. I've never heard of this brand before. But after using it for almost two months now, I am sold. I appreciate that it works with Google Fit. I do not like Xaomi mobile app, kept losing my data, but because it works with Google Fit, my workouts and data are saved on Google's side. I've had to reset band to factory a few times due to problems with it. Every time it loses everything and I had to re-install Xaomi mobile app (yuck!).It works well for tracking heat beat, steps, sleep time and patterns. Band is too small to use for SMS, and other text reading (calendar, reminders, alarms, etc.). But that's not what I bought it for.

Ill start this with I love Xiaomi. I have a Mi 9 and I can't recommend a better phone, especially for the price! I was waiting for the Mi Watch but it doesn't seem to be coming to the US any time soon. So I finally decided to give this watch a try. I am on day 3 with all the features on and as of writing this, im at 70% battery life. (Charged it to 100 when i got it and haven't touched the charger since). Heart rate tracking is accurate enough, as well as sleep tracking. Nothing is over the top amazing on this watch. But that's not what your looking for in a $50 smart watch. Its fast, it gives me call and text notifications, and allows me to see the weather and general vitals and health stats at a quick glance. If your thinking about buying this, definitely do!

The wristband attachment is the one area that could be improved. My original MiBand 4 stealthily fell off several times and I was lucky to find it. I finally thought I lost it and got a MiBand 5 to replace it. The 5 is a nice improvement, better screen, a little more functionality, a little lower battery life, and the band has still stealthily disconnected and fallen off a couple times. It is so light that it's unnoticeable. Meanwhile, I found my Mi Band 4 in case I lose this one for good...;-) Xiaomi seems to routinely send updates for the band, and my battery life has recently improved, so I think they are doing good things with such a simple, inexpensive monitor.

Its working out really well for me and I'm so pleased I got the step tracking AND HR monitor in one device at this price. Many people have remarked that they don't like the associated app - I think its fine. I mainy use it for the steps and the sleep tracking. I haven't managed to successfully sync it to google fit - gave up on that.My rowing machine doesn't link to anything but Kinomap, so I just track the overall progress and HR on the watch and I don't need the other apps and trackers. As others have said, its great that workouts are counted in the steps totals - I love that my rowing workout makes a dent in my steps for the day. No complaints from me! Great battery life, easy charging and I never want to take it off. The black strap is comfortable and looks fine, but I see myself branching out with some different straps later on.

The watch is very good. It's a bit off in step tracking compaored to Google fit that's on my Pixel 6 and in my right pants pocket, but that's fine with me. It's very comfortable to wear and I like its small size. The app is an app. I don't know what more to day about it other than I wish it allowed for dark theme.I had to get some more bands for it because the original one broke a few weeks ago.

I've gone through early generation fitbits, multiple tries with Android watches, and most recently with a Garmin Vivoactive 3, which broke easily, twice.The Mi smart band 5 is a great option. I have worn it for a month and having about 9 days battery life. The app works with my google fit account and all of the tracking flows cleanly. I can't think of a complaint so far and have recommended it to friends over much more expensive units

Great and useful tool. Have been using MiBands since version 3. Most likely a Chinese spying tool but has been super convenient and helpful. :) I like the added features in version 5. Most useful for me are the sleep tracker, step counter and stress level measure.

Muy buena duración, cumple su función por completo. No la tienes que cargar constantemente y tiene muy buena relación precio calidad.

El producto llego en la fecha estipulada en excelente estado. A mi la batería me dura entre semana y media y 2 semanas, lo uso las 24 horas del día, siempre sincronizado a mi celular, para mi es muy útil para medir mis pasos diarios y cumplir mis metas, para monitorear mi tiempo de sueño, etc. Miy fácil de bajar la aplicación y sincronizarlo, así como llevar loa registros, todos los días a las 12 de ka.noche se reinicia el registro y vuelve a iniciar

Es fácil de usar, práctico y es un elemento que no me puede faltar día a día. Lo adoro en su diseño y todo.
