Bifocal Safety Glasses SB-9000 with Yellow Lenses, +1.50

I now have three pairs of these and not because they fell apart. I wear them all the time for yard work (those two pairs are pretty scratched up) and one pair I keep for night/bad weather driving.Yes I'm old enough that1. I need magnification to see the gauges, GPS and radio clearly2. Other car's headlights bother me at night.This solves both those problems and make great safety glasses when weedeating and doing other outdoor tasks.

The best pair of safety glasses that i have used. Have used them for over a week now and they are so comfortable. The only thing that i would say that is negative or be suggested is that the top frame portion to have a bit more space to sit off "my" eye brows. In other words .....something like a padded portion that keeps the lens from touching my forehead/eyebrows. That way I will not have to clean the spears and sweat that comes from all day of working. I have another pair made by another manufacturer that has a top frame padding which would be perfect for this pair. Trust me, this is strictly due to my face structure because on my wifes head, they do not do this.

Nice clear lenses, good fit, the reading lens area is adequate and doesn't interfere with normal viewing. The yellow lens improves contrast especially in subdued or hazy light. I like them to keep "Eye Flies" out of my eyes walking the woods.

I been a return buyer of the yellow bifocals for at least 7 years. I wear them everyday. At work, home and play. I drive with them at night and day. It gives a rich look at the world. They are tough, but are plastic, so don’t expect the to be scratch resistant like glass. The price is right. I buy 3-5 at a time. I loose them before break them. Only one had a yellow lens fall out, but I sat on it. They resist scratches pretty good. I don’t take care of them and they last for months. I have the clear ones and the gray colored ones as well. You just can’t beat the price. High recommended. Have recommended to at least 10 people and got positive feedback. I get the +2.0 now.

I have dark sunglasses to wear when it's bright outside, but when it gets clouded over and dull, these are great to enhance the visibility and contrast. They really brighten things up. I wear them a lot in the winter.

They are light weight but very stiff. The bifocal works great. They do fog up very easy. Definitely need to be anti fog.

Its so nice to be able to do yard work, cut wood, run power tools in the shop and not have to switch back and forth from safety glasses to readers. This is my second pair in 3 years, the first pair is still going strong, there in the shop, I actually bought these for my boat for those early morning trips when its too dark for sun glasses. great low light visibility without getting a bug in your eye at 50 mph. plus being able to read the electronics at the same time.

Safety glasses are required most places on the job indoors, so I thought I would try these. So glad I did, the +1.50 reader helps so much throughout the day. I find they have best side protection from dust and grit with the yellow cast easing my eyes from bright indoor lights. Due to dust, grease, and grit I have to clean them often and have seen no scratching after a couple moths of continuous use.Sometimes the glasses slip too close, touching my eyelashes and fog-up when my hands are full, I also would have given 5 stars if the reader portion was a bit larger, as I occasionally have to strain my neck or lift the glasses with my hand to see close items eye-level or above. Over-all best safety glasses I have ever used and continue to rely on.

Great glasses. I wear them all the time, in and out of my shop. Very satisfied.
