The berries in my shipment were slightly less dry and larger than the other brands I used. Berries were clean, not much trash, so it's enough to rinse them before use.I make a hawthorn tea in a pressure cooker. The tea came out more sour than from the other brands, also a bit weaker in color. Overall these are good hawthorn berries.

The flavor is tart and tangy. Its perfect when I grind the berries into powder and add it to my fruit smoothies or make a hot tea and add honey

Arrived moldy!
I opened this about a month after I received it. I like to keep a deep pantry and be organized. Sadly, too late to ask for a refund. The berries smell off and smell, look, moldy and off color!
