Update: I contacted customer service and they have been really prompt in replying and very helpful. So the customer service has been good. It took a long time to receive this but considering it came from China that wasn't surprising. It is thin and flimsy wood but it is is costume prop so don't get too enthusiastic swinging it around. The hilt shown in the product description was not attached nor was it in the box. All there was was the wooden piece that the hilt would cover. The seller has been contacted.
