10 Oct - Within 5 - 7 days of use the faucet started leaking badly.16 Oct - My complaint to Alton Customer Care was immediately responded too and a replacement faucet couriered to me. This is working well. I like the dual flow feature.

Was not happy with low pressure, but got good support from seller. He suggested some work around which helped in improving water pressure.

1.I like the option of continuous flow of water by moving the handle in reverse direction.2. Also like the option of two types ofwater flow.Item is working great.For overall performance I may update later after some use.I sincerely hope that it last longer as it has the capacity to beat the so called top brands.

It is really well built and nice product however has teething issues.1. Pressure can be improved, it is bit slower than other faucets2. Holder is useless, not able to hold the faucet at all & slips down

This one is actually very good, I just had to remove the old faucet and screw this on. No tools were necessary and no leaks for me. YMMV. The flip to keep the water flowing (normally open position, instead of normally closed) is actually good in cleaning and stuff as you don't need to keep the pressure on the handle.I don't think it is metal, very light, so it should be plastic with a very good chrome finish, you won't be able to tell the difference apart. I had replaced my jaguar that broke on the release handle with this.

Good build quality and glazy look. Works fine. However it does not enhance water pressure. If you dont have adequate water pressure, this is NOT recommended!

Health faucet is good and I am satisfied after using it. Quality is good, it has a flexible extension pipe. The spray as well is good had two modes of spray and can be adjusted. It was easy to install. Came with everything that was required except the wrench :-).Recommended

The flow of water from the nozzle is very low in comparison to other similar product. It may not work properly if the water pressure is low. Moreover, after few months water the product ia not working properly. Water is dripping from the nozzle.
