50% of my restarts result in unknown problems, leading to more restarts. half the time the seatch bar/start button can't even be clicked. I spend so much money on this computer looking for the high end laptop I can game and do graphic design to, and it falls short in so many fields. I'd return it if I could but I wanted to give it time to settle. this company is a total scam.

Good to use

Product was exactly as described. It has all the specified hardware and extra cables that were promised. Seller shipped immediately and items arrived a day early.I was nervous because I ordered before checking reviews and noticed a few people had problems, but for me there was no need to worry. Item arrived in original box and has no defects or damage at all.

Fast Computer for editing 1080p files. Handles Premiere pro/ After affects and cinema 4d pretty well. Battery life isnt the greatest but Would recommend

It comes packed perfectly, runs most games on high graphics and its 144hz screen is excellent.

Product wasn’t as described. Instead of getting the ROG Strix with 32GB of Ram and 2TB SSD as was listed on Amazon and on the outside of thee box. I received aa product with only 16GB of RAM and 475GB HDD with no additional drives detected after setup.Product has been returned and I am now awaiting my refund.

Never Worked

Mother Boards ARE JUNK!!!!!! I purchased a Asus ROG STRIX G531GT, from Best Buy. Open Box. I think 20 old. I have had it Approx. 2.5 years. Ive NEVER gamed on it. Overclocked It There are no speed nor processor mods on her. I used it primarily for Listening to Streaming Radio Stations and DJing/ Just Playing Music with Serato.I unplugged my usb hub (laptop power OFF), packed up laptop to take to work. I get to work and try to power on, NOTHING. Now the back story, This had happened before! I was able to perform the RESET by disconnecting the battery and pressing the power button for whatever amount of time. I had to do twice. BUT IT WORKED! Now fast forward to NOW! I have taken it to a professional repair shop. Northridge fix it. He is on YOUTUBE. He could not fix it and showed me MANY Asus Laptops In Need of SIMILAR REPAIR!What is so bad, i think his name is Steve. HE informed that ASUS DOES NOT ALLOW SHOPS ACCESS TO SCHEMATICS! They want to sell you a new motherboard and not allow you to repair the motherboard for a fraction of the board cost . HE tried the FLIR for heat and all of that. A Really nice guy!That is why i am on Amazon is TO BUY A NEW LAPTOP and THIS ONE POPPED UP. Oh yeah, the reason I purchased the G531GT.........Was This Backlit Keyboard. I am Blind As A Bat at NIGHT!!! LOLDO NOT BUY.. 2.5 YEARS to 3.5 MAX in MOST Cases!!!
