This machine is a great way for me to get fit.I assembled it quickly by following the instructions which I found to be easy to follow.After assembly I downloaded the app (Fitshow) and proceded to use the rower on my first session.The app works well, although I still haven't managed to download any of the scenery options it fails to download each scenery option at 42% completed.However the quick start option within the app is useable and works well.It gives the usual statistics both on the app and the machines built in LCD display:Kcals, total time, total strokes and distance rowed, although the app also displays the average speed achieved.The magnetic friction adjuster works well and the highest setting although isn't really stiff, for me it is stiff enough and I expect as I progress I'll be using it on the highest setting.It is a solid construction, there are no twists and groans while in use but doesn't weigh a massive amount so it can be moved about on the wheels with ease.I am very pleased with this purchase and already enjoying my time on it, sweat, out of breathness and all.

Easy to put together. I did it myself with my teenage daughter. Strong and sturdy even for my 6ft husbandTension is ok for normal people to get a good workout..prob not strong enough for people used to rowing though.There is an app you can link to your phone to track progress etcOverall happy with it and good value for money

I'm just starting out and I have to use it on the max resistance level. But other than that well worth it for the price I think.Easy to put together, doesn't take up much space. Sturdiness is what you can expect for the price.

The machine is fairly solid, folds up and has wheels to help move around but is noisy when used. The seat isn't sturdy and rattles from side to side as you slide back and forth. It is also uncomfortable because you can never find the right position.There isn't enough resistance on the strap so you quickly find it easy.There is an electronic battery operated screen which registers activity and displays distance, time and calories.This has now broken and doesn't register anything any more.Completed the warranty card and sent back but have been informed by the seller that this doesn't cover the cost of the item being sent back to fix the issue or investigation.I have been given an estimated courier cost of over £100 so it's pointless sending it back may as well just buy a new one for that money.Poor warranty and seller.

Fair enough but not much flexibility in adjusting tension. The strap can come off handle and gets dragged into the machines inside. You need to fiddle around to try and retrieve it which is not easy. Not great for the price

Very easy to assemble. Looks and feels quite sturdy. The only problem is that the LCD counter doesn't work. Calories, time, etc... just stay at 0. Not great for exercising.

This rower was easie to assemble arrived the next day :) done a workout straight away,The motion is great value for money was amazing would definitely recommend

This does exactly as advertised . I'm using daily and have had no problems.I am using to improve fitness levels.
