Was this book auto translated from another language or what?
This is the worst written book I've ever seen, lots of illogical sentence structures. It's like it was edited by a 3 year old.

Trash!!
This book is complete and utter trash. There are no references and the information isn’t cited anywhere. Half of the diagnoses are incorrect and mislabeled. Not empirical literature. This isn’t even written by a professional. Complete trash, scam, and I want my money back.

Disappointed
Not impressed with this at all. I’m a therapist, and was looking for a book with some supplemental information to use with clients. First, since it says “workbook” I anticipated some work sheets or something like that, and none at all. Second, it is printed horribly. It’s like someone copy and pasted some books without even making it look nice. And I also bought this mostly for the attachment book, which is awful! The words are so big and not put in simple terms, I can barely understand it much less someone who’s not trained in the field!

Just not good...
This is without doubt the most poorly written book I have every attempted to read. I am not talking about grammar- much of it was just a string of words that communicated nothing. Some chapters were literally jibberish...the "abandonment book" was just long complex sentences that made no sense. It was so bad, it was pointless trying to get through it so I gave up on abandonment 🙂. It's also not a workbook. Save your money and your time.

Anonymous writers, terrible grammar, clearly translated on google translate
This was a disappointment in so many ways. To start, it is not a workbook. There are no charts, or sheets, or activities proposed. Secondly, and the most dangerous one, the writers are not real. If you google those names, you do not find any information about credentials, or formation. Which is so dangerous when regarding mental health. I honestly think Amazon should remove this listing because of the dangers of it. Lastly, it is so poorly written. Definitions and chapters do not make sense. There was even a sentence that said therapy was not really necessary. On a book about mental health!!!! Not acceptable at all. Please go research books from psychologist and social workers, instead of anonymous writers.

Good book, a couple of mediocre chapters.
Good book overall for the mental health practitioners. Not sure why some chapters are poorly written. For example the book about Affecting Abandonment by Emily Attached. I have included a couple of pages as reference, many grammatical errors making it very difficult to follow.

this book saved my life!
if you struggle with managing your emotions, not knowing why you are upset, or find your relationships are being affected by your reactions to life, this book is for you. my therapist recommended it to me, at first i didn't think it would do much. i was wrong! if you're looking for a sign and a reason to live more in the moment and be in touch with your feelings, this is it. this book will change you!

Well worth the money
This book is awesome, very insightful and just down right interesting. Adding proven studies throughout the years makes it so easy to read without thinking it's someone's opinion. It's based on studies and facts and so relatable. So worth the money!!

Not a workbook.
This is not a workbook. This is 6 summarized books with poor editing and proof reading. Many words missing, poor grammar and zero self help work - which is typically what someone is looking for when then are seeking WORKBOOKS.

Great books if you work in the care industry
I’ve found these books to be really helpful, as I work in residential children’s care & many of the children have attachment & abandonment issues
