Great value for money
I wasn’t expecting it to be so good for the money. Great quality and works as good as any pc I’ve ever used.

You get what you pay for
Cheap & cheerful. It does the job but only just. The keyboard is American I.e. the “ and @ are in the opposite positions to a UK keyboard and the keyboard is of very poor quality, it is too flexible and has a felt feel to it. The instructions are very poor too and some areas are pure guesswork. I’m not convinced that this is built to last but only time will tell. I doubt that I would have bought this if I had tried it first but it is cheap and as they say “you get what you pay for”.

Complicated laptop very disappointed with refund process.
After receiving this laptop, just returned as I found this is not for me. Because there was long way to install everything and make it ready to use , I think this is not a laptop for people in UK and Europe andthe bad points is I found the text messages they send is not free. Very complicated to use this laptop. I did request a return just the day I received it. Since 22nd July not refunded yet. Very disappointed. I recommend just buy the branded laptop. Finally,I decided to buy another laptop so,I bought acer chromebook and much better and handy for school works.

American keyboard
Items looks a feels great. The only problem I have is that it comes in an American keyboard where I need a British one, as it was purchased in a UK Amazon .
