IT IS CHEAP AND AWFUL! The first piece I pulled out of the mangled delivery box was broken. The material is thin and feels like it will fall apart after a couple of uses. I am SO disappointed with every one else’s reviews. What the HELL?! Were they paid to give such shockingly misleading reviews or are they just used to purchasing crappy products. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment. You’ll thank me for it.

I was pretty hesitant on ordering a patio set on Amazon. But I figured for the price if I didn’t like it I could always give it away to someone that would like it. Well it arrived with all three boxes so that was a definite plus. All the pieces were there and in excellent condition. The envelope with all the screws was also there. Woohoo! So far so good. Many reviews said the set was hard to put together and the instructions were ambiguous. I’m chocking those people up to not assembling a lot of boxed furniture. Each piece was labeled on the plastic wrap and the instructions were very easy to understand. All the hardware was in individual bags and marked accordingly. I usually check everything out first before beginning to assemble anything to make sure everything is there. Everything was there.If you follow the instructions you will have a very beautiful set of patio furniture.I purchased the beige Cushion set and the cushions are a true beige color. The rattan is Charcoal grey and the rattan seems be be a very good quality. The cushions are very comfortable and the seat is nice and wide. So if you are a large person you will be very comfortable.I’m very happy with this set and highly recommended it.

In the end, this product is worth the money and the time it takes to put it together. It's sturdy, well made and the cushions are comfortable and they shed water like a duck. However, I will mention 2 negatives. #1 whoever decided on having an allen wrench (hex key - whatever) as the tool to screw in the bolts, should be made to put about a half dozen of these sets together - by him or her self. #2 The backs of the chairs and the couch are a bit too upright and are not conducive to lounging on the patio with a martini and a favorite book. But I think that after the second martini nobody would care about the geometry of the seat backs.

It was easy to assemble and I love the company’s willingness to replace damaged parts. I received replacements quickly and was able to assemble by myself. Beautiful and very comfortable. The cushions were thick and very nice. Right height.

The instructions are confusing. The “short screws” and the “long screws” are DIFFERENT for the table and the seating pieces.Assembly was difficult. I would suggest building this with 2 people. I started with the table, then the double bench, then a chair. Before I finished the first chair my Allen wrench was so stripped it wouldn’t work anymore.If you can get through this. The set looks nice and feels sturdy.

This is our first patio set and we love it. Easy to assemble, perfect color, sturdy and super comfortable. We have a small patio and this set fit perfectly.We usually don’t purchase such items from Amazon but I was amazed by the quality and delivery time.I totally recommend this set. 5 stars.

This set is beautiful. Comfortable to sit in and nice to look at. Quality well built.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m happy with this set. Yes, it is a pain to put together. Tip: it says do not tighten screws until all pieces are put together… believe it lol. The chairs are slightly lopsided but I think that might be from somewhere I tightened something too tight. But I love it. 😋
