While I cannot personally attest to the quality of these 12" Bully Sticks (not my cup of tea if you catch my drift), my English Setter/GSD mix cannot pass these up. My daughter has taught her to stand upright to "earn" these bully sticks. This is by far her most favorite treat hands down. If you have a dog that likes to chew, this is for them. After receiving these, our "teenage" dog won't even consider most other dog treats. It takes her about an hour to methodically slice down a 12" Bully Stick using her premolars on the side of her mouth. As for the smell, I didn't notice any while being consumed on the last few batches (I order these about once per month in the 20 count), about 3 batches back we had a batch that you could smell once the end of the stick was "reconstituted" from exposure to the dog saliva...it wasn't an overwhelming smell just noticeable. My guess is there is no difference in the quality of these batches - I just think our puppy has gotten smarter on how to go about consuming these. A word of warning: your dog will confuse pretzel rods for bully sticks on site & will try to snatch those out of your hand if you're not careful...even a well behaved dog will go nuts for a bully stick...closest thing to catnip for dogs that I've ever seen.

We tried these out because they are cheaper and I wanted to try to find an alternative to bestbullysticks as I had been buying from them for years and felt like it was such a costly purchase. Our girl gets them every night nearly. She's a decent chewer and this one unfortunately lasts her probably under 5 minutes. They are good for a quick snack but I think I would stick with BBS just because they last a little longer, although they are nearly twice as much.

My dogs love these. The last bag I ordered were very thin compared to the ones I have purchased prior. It was a little disappointing considering the cost of these. I will order again to see if this was a fluke since they are a great treat for my dogs. My Goldens chew them is about 20-30 minutes.

'Thickness will vary" my first order was bascially what I expected, my second order sucked! all the sticks are thin. I get that the "thickness will vary" but come on! I will try another order but if its as thin as my last order It will be my last.

Disappointed with the packaging and the size of the sticks. Only a few were big and the rest were standard size. Packaged in an unlabeled bag with just a sticker. Needs to be packaged in a zip lock bag so that the product can be stored.

Only a portion of the bullies were thick size, the remainder were standard size. Hence only 3 of 5 stars. Still a great value, and, as always, my dog loves these things! Would be great if shipped in a resealable bag to pop straight into the freezer.

My dog enjoys these but they aren't quite the large size they claim to be. Most of the pieces are around the size of a dime with the exception of a few ends.

Good price and the dogs love them. One thing to note, they smell really bad and you probably don't want your dog chewing them inside, they have been designated as outside only treats. Plan accordingly!
