70% failure rate with corrosion, lifetime warranty not honored by Delta.
We bought ten of these when we built our house five years ago. Seven of them have had issues with leaking under the handles that led to corrosion. Some of the corroded faucets never had detectable water leaks (i.e. no water around the faucet on the sink surface), but corroded none-the-less. We have a water softener. For the first two that had this issue within the first year of installing them, Delta replaced them, but chastised me for not calling sooner when they were leaking (I didn't notice a leak, just the corrosion). Called again today for the other five, and Delta told me that they won't replace them as I had obviously waited too long to call them. I asked them if this wasn't a problem due to failure of the faucet? They said yes, but if I had called earlier they could have just replaced one of the handles instead of the entire faucet. So much for a lifetime warranty. Very disappointed. Why would you build a faucet that corrodes when in contact with water..........? They offered a 70% discount (which turns out is about what I can buy them on Amazon for anyway) to buy new ones from them. I don't know why I'd pay again to have them if they are going to be so problematic. Going to try a different brand I guess.

Too Many Problems With New Faucets
Bought three of these for two bathrooms, including the master vanity. They look very nice and I like how easily the handles turn. Like the height of the arc. Would not buy again though. Two of the three I have had problems with right out of the box. One has leaked under the left handle since installed. One had the rod which you open and close the stopper with not in the box. I've had to call and ask for numerous new parts to replace the bad parts. Took about a month to get them and needed several phone calls. Also, I've had to have my handyman who installed them come back twice. The first time, Delta sent the wrong parts. Wouldn't guy them again. Too many problems with brand new faucets.

Beautiful look and quality
Love the look and quality of these faucets. I got 3 total. All came extremely well packaged and on time. My husband is no handy man and was able to install all three with in the evening. All work really well and love that they come with matching drains. They aren’t exactly spot free but they still stay very nice regardless. It’s hard finding gold fixtures for that price and quality. Our house had gold threw out and figured it was best to stay with that then try to replace everything at once to avoid it looking mix matchy. Over all very please and would buy again

NOISY
Overall, the product is made well. Nowhere near as solid as the American Standard solid brass one we decided to replace after 25 years. The problem is the noise. I read the reviews about the noise and I thought " how noisy could a faucet be?"This is crazy loud. The metal of this faucet is thin spun and kind of lightweight and I think as the water passes through it sets up a vibration which is hard to describe, but you have to talk loud to talk over the noise. Seems like they could do better. Does work and look okay other than that. After contacting Delta, they said the noise was likely due to debris in the faucet or lines. No such luck. I did find out though that the external threads of the faucet that go down through the surface of the sink, that get tightened from underneath, were resting against the tile on the top surface of the sink. This was causing some vibration so I wrapped duct tape around the thread area that made contact with the tile to form a barrier, and that took out some noise. Then I stuffed some foam padding up into the cavity of the faucet unit and then tightened the faucet back down against the sink. This helped some more. HOWEVER, the only time this faucet is quiet is when it's on full blast. There are two main reasons this faucet is so loud. The aerator, and the fact that the metal body and handles are thin. It's fairly well made, but thin so when the water goes through, it resonates. So bottom line, if your looking for a nice looking, nice working, noisy faucet, this is it.

good faucet
It's a good faucet for the price. Good looking and the handles are smooth and stop on a dime. Lovely little pop up handle. It is water saving. The water stream is the smallest I've seen, about 3/8 aerated, but does not feel there's not enough water. Like this, I'm all for water savers. It comes with extra 2 bolts for the handle. The handles are already fixed with 2 recess bolts. The plastic nuts were harder to start on the threads. Be very careful not to start it wrong and mess up the fine plastic thread. I had to look at it. The plastic hose is kind of stiff. They must be looped since they are long enough to reach most misplaced stop valves. When they are looped they may interfere with the pop up rod. Mine was ok. The hose nut was also snug from the start. The brasscraft mesh jacketed flex lines have nuts that thread very easily. I felt the nuts were mis-threaded because the turns are so snug from the beginning. If all the nuts in the system were easier to start and turn, this would be 5 star faucet.

Love it
I have had this for a couple of months and still love looking at it. The color is pretty and the design is gentle and elegant. The faucet itself is easy to use and not one of those splashy types. A nice full even stream. The handles move without feeling stiff. A smooth easy turn. The pull stop is my favorite due to the sleek shaping the rises to a fluted top. Just a beautiful piece. Easy to clean. Oh, and no water spots.

Okay
The faucet itself is good. The gasket is flimsy and does not seal properly so it will leak water. It should provide the plastic gasket like in those older model. By the way, Delta said that the gasket is not under warranty.Update: This model is 2538-MPU-DST and the other model 25938LF has a much better plastic gasket. The 2 models look very similar in appearance. Go to Delta website to see the difference, I have both models installed and I prefer the 25938LF better.

Very nice looking faucet.
Bought this faucet on sale and glad I did.Really nice looking faucet. I love the stainless steel look.It was incredibly easy and quick to install. I really like that it uses PEX hot/cold lines. It makes everything easy. The supply lines are really nice and long too, so you shouldn't have to worry about having the proper length. In my case it was so long I had to loop the lines (not hard to do since it's PEX and flexible). What else to say? The faucet handles are quite large, which in my cause I really like. The deck plate comes with a foam gasket (very cheap and flimsy look). It does seem to work though as I have not noticed any leaking under the sink.

Not symmetrical
Bought a warehouse deal. Came in otherwise mint condition, but found out the spout isn't 100% symmetrical after installing it. Should have checked before installing. Not overly noticeable so I'll live with it. I guess people don't return it for no reason.

Great quality
I bought this faucet over a year ago and still love it! Easy to install, high quality, and looks stylish! The only thing I will say with brass is it shows finger prints right away. But it is easy to clean so not a big deal for me! I’m really happy with this purchase.
