Q: Is this kit long enough for a 7/12 pitch roof

It's a horizontal vent kit, it goes through the side wall of the structure. The roof pitch should not matter.

Q: Is this vent pipe approved to ul std 1738 for category iii appliance?

It’s definitely expensive. I purchased mine from Northern Tool.

There are no 90's. It has a 45 deg ell.
