The Sleep Zen Guru: Drowsy Sleep Co. Stress and Anxiety Relief, Zen Pillow Spray with Lavender and Myrrh

Was really happy to finally try this pillow spray! The scent is simple, but soo relaxing! It's really long lasting and honestly makes me feel so calm and peaceful before sleep. Perfect for some pre-bed meditation or just winding down after a long day. Feel like i'm sleeping longer. Much prefer using natural sleep aids rather than sleeping pills etc. Thanks Drowsy!

This product has definitely helped me! It smells amazing, the spray is super fine so there is no residue on your pillow which I have experienced in the past with pillow sprays. I only used two sprays on my pillow as I was getting ready for bed and I managed to fall asleep so much quicker! I suffer with anxiety and always suffer with my sleep so anything that helps is a win!

To be fair I have not slept well for years and this is something else I have tried and unfortunately although I love the smell it has not really helped

This spray helps with my sleeping, I struggle to sleep more than 5hrs a night and have major anxiety. But this spray has helped me have a full nights sleep undisturbed for 7+hrs which is brilliant. It also smells AMAZING!

This product is quite expensive and I’ve used others far cheaper. However, as with those, I found this product hasn’t helped at all to get me to sleep more quickly than usual.A wonderful aroma though, very soothing I must admit.

Smells so good. But not strong you have to puff 2-3 times and I tried black one as well black one more stronger than this .Smell nice but I can not say help to my insomnia unfortunately. And bit pricey

Product arrived yesterday so have only used it once. I slept like a log having fallen asleep quickly. So far so good. Fingers and toes crossed for continued success.

Recommended by a friend to help with snoring partner and getting nice sleep. Well.... It works!
