It's a cool short throw projector, only software flawed
The media could not be loaded. After reading numerous reviews, i decided to purchased this projector. good pics quality and touch screen responsiveness. Aslo, it's super portable, it weight about 2 to 3 lbs, can fit into my backpack for anywhere show and tell. However, i can't download the Google Play Service onto the projector to play some of the apps it described in their commercial, like Fruit Ninja or download Youtube app. I tried to contact their support but no ones replied back to me. if they get this fix or updated in their future soft ware release, then it's a 5 stars for sure.

Apps in the store do not work
Some of the apps in the device's store don't run on this device as it's using an older version of Android (version 9). Neat device crippled by a janky software experience.

What it does, it does very well. What it can't do is what makes this product nearly unusable.
Edit: Adding a star and updating this just a little. This is a short throw projector first. And a touch screen tablet second. The hardware is incredible. The software is where this falls short. If you are entirely invested in Google's products, realize that Google Services doesn't really work ... not many of Google Android apps will work without Google Services. You have to use it through the Chrome browser. That's a deal breaker. This _is_ listed as a disclaimer up front, but because Chrome also relies Google Services connections, you'll keep running into those artifacts.I expect that Hachi we'll keep working on this. But usually if it starts with no Google app store, it never actually gets there. This is likely from trust issues or because of a highly customized OS. I think this would have been better served as a ChromeOS device, personally.Still, it's good projector. Once the software is matured, I expect it'll be a good device overall. But I'd hold off for now.Update: Battery life on this is incredible. Playing Sudoku became a family experience. The table touch experience is really solid. The wall touch experience requires you to have truly square walls. (Which I don't seem to have.) This is really a good device. Just need to work on that Google Services connection.

Feels more like a prototype
The Hachi infinite M1 is a great gadget on paper. The video quality is great and for the app support that it has, it works fine. However the software does not work with a lot of media apps (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.) and has bad remote navigation support for amazon prime. It lacks a lot of AI apps that could utilize its potential as a touch screen projector (even someone of the ones advertised) and the ones it does have are limited. Ultimately, it has tremendous potential, but for a new buyer, I’d wait until next year and see how they update it.

No Customer Service-limited knowledge base
It’s a fun project but it seems to be put together sloppy. I received one with a screw rattling around in it and can’t get customer service to contact me. The only thing I could find is an odd email address that they never answer. Buyer beware.

Does not work with most US apps due to restrictions... Plus I never got my return refund.
