Does this work for the galaxy s5? It says it does in the description but i cant get it to work

This charger works for Galaxy S3, S5, and LG G5. You will need to move the probes so they contact the + and - terminals. i have charged Galaxy S5 batteries. It does work.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to the way this charger is listed and marked it should ONLY be used for charging the newer type High Voltage 3.8 Volt Lithium Polymer Flat Pack Batteries (LiPoHV) which require charging to 4.35 Volts to be able to deliver their full rated capacity. It will over charge "normal" old 3.7 Volt LiPo batteries which were ment to be charged to 4.2 Volts. If you try to charge a 3.7 Volt LiPo in this charger it will only be damaged at best, but at worst it may explode.

will this charge a blackberry curve 9360?

Most likely. Take your battery out and if the connecting point has a + & - it will.

I got an Alcatel phone actually two of them will work in it?
