I love everything about this laptop except ONE thing
I love everything about this laptop. It's what a 15" laptop should be: big SSD space, bright screen, CPU, regular size keyboard with number pad, and weight of the machine. However, there's just ONE thing that really dissapointed me: the webcam. The specs say it says it's a 720p, 30fps HD webcam......but its really not. I recorded several videos and the resolution was clocking it at 15fps and less. I adjusted the lighting, tried being in different backgrounds, used other software to adjust the settings but no matter what I did, it still looks VERY grainy. I really needed a good laptop to have videoconferencing meetings for work and personal use and there's just no way I can present myself using this webcam. I had to purchase another webcam to get better quality, which is kind of ridiculous. In today's world (pandemic or not), videoconferencing is a common part of life. If you're going to put a webcam on a laptop, it doesn't have to be 4K or higher quality but it should be clear. Don't call just slap one on and call it HD 720p and have it underperform.

Very happy with purchase
Previously having had an Acer Predator and Acer Aspire, both of which died, I wanted to give HP a shot, as I love my HP Omen gaming desktop. The highpoints are the 512GB SSD, sound quality, 10th gen i5 and WLED screen... in case you're wondering there is absolutely no difference between LED and WLED. You dont get a HDD or a backlit keyboard but for $700 you're going to be trading off some things. I don't like touchscreens anyway, so that's no loss. Lightweight, sturdy design with "Micro-Edge" which a fancy way of saying smaller bezel, it's small and looks good, 'micro' may be an overstatement. Overall great machine, I plan on getting many years out of. My only complaint is the screen showing Metal Gear on the ad, this isn't a gaming laptop with it's integrated graphics. No worries, it's good for everything else.

Great Value!!
I desperately needed a computer that I could use for work that was mobile and could handle the tasks that I needed. My only regret is that I didn't order this computer sooner. It has done everything that I needed it to do where ever I needed to do it. I have a pretty decent PC at home that I had been working on, but unfortunately since the quarantine has forced me to work at home, my workplace not being everyone in my home's workplace was really effecting my productivity. This laptop has cured that problem completely. And it arrived a day early!! How great is that?

This laptop was the answer to my prayers
I absolutely LOVE this laptop! It has replaced my 5-year old Dell, and my work productivity has increased dramatically. It boots right up (within seconds!) and never slows down throughout the day. My only wish is that it had a backlit keyboard, but I knew that it did not have this feature when I made my decision to purchase. It is extremely lightweight. In short, I love it and am super pleased with my purchase.

Great Laptop
This replaces my old i3 processor that was getting so slow. This has the speed and responsiveness I was looking for. It is thinner and more lightweight than my old one but still very solid. I'm still learning about all the extra features it has. I did a lot of research before purchasing and am very happy with my choice.

Versatile
I needed a laptop for presentations. Plus I needed storage. I’m not especially tech savvy. A friend recommended this one. I’m pleased with it.
