Listen people If you break a craftsman tool whether you’re the original owner or not just take it up there and they will give you a Replacement . What if my shaft was stolen. Do I call the police and give them the serial number now when do police start checking serial numbers on pool cues. Now if I need a temp and maintenance done on the synergy I can see needing a serial number because then if you call QTEC and report it stolen and someone comes in there with a stick it will pop up as stolen. Now that would be handy. Otherwise Cuetec is going to charge a freaking fortune to replace your tip and do I got to keep the tiger or it will be you said it right void warranty. Since the stick was inspired by him and designed I guess. OK well can you guarantee me the tiger tip is his choice to. Because what I know of it he probably would not have chosen that tip. Then you will be in good shape it cost me a lot of money to figure this out more than $400 which I paid for the stick in damages And losses. Not to mention my confidence which is most importantly my money maker. Priceless! I know I have already told you that there’s good news and it’s coming. Man The synergy sure does get English. I can do some amazing things. I Use a lot of extreme English anyway. Excellent drawls just don’t go too low lol. Because I do like it and I have gotten used to it which when you spend $400 you will tend to get used to things. . I wish I hadn’t gotten used to scratching though. I have an older McDermott cue bought in 1990sWhen I tried to put it on it would not thread correctly so I didn’t force it. However, it did fit on a recently bought Star 3/8 x 10 joint.Very unfortunate and I had to return.

The composite shaft performs excellent.

This is by far the best cue shaft I've used by far. I have a Lucasi Custom cue that I use this with and I don't think I'll ever go back to using wood shafts. This shaft is extremely smooth and the deflection is minimal when I apply english to my shots. I'll likely change out the tip for something a little softer but the stock tip is really good as it is so I'm in no rush to do that. Mine came with some Cuetec cleaning wipes which you can buy separately for a premium price OR you can just purchase some isopropyl alcohol wipes and it'll be the exact same thing.

I coupled this shaft with a PureX hardwood butt and love the way it plays. The feel is similar to a hardwood cue, but the cueball action you can get with this shaft/tip is on another level.

I have been vacillating between the predator Z3 shaft with a kamui soft black tip and the predator Revo 1.8 mm with the same tip to replace my original z-shaft with that tip I finally decided to just go with the Cuetec cynergy with the sniper tip after reading that this was their proprietary tip for the shaft I am perfectly happy with the decision I made.

I ran a Defy carbon fiber shaft for 6 months, and honestly wasn't a fan. #1 reason--the shaft 'grabs & sticks' during your stroke, and just feels awful. Took a trip to the local pool shop to replace a few tips, and during my wait, they asked me to try the Cutec Synergy. Wow! What a MAJOR difference this cue is. No kidding. After the Defy experience, I had lowered expectations, and the Cutec synergy exceeded ALL expectations lol. I've read a lot of reviews saying a tip swap improves things even more, and very noticeable. I've been running the stock Tiger Tip, and don't have anything to compare it to on this shaft, but don't have an issue with it either--seems a decent tip to me.

I'm not nieve to think this shaft turns me into a better play instantly because it doesn't for a lot of people who think that.. what it did do is give me a little more confidence shooting certain shots I've be more apprehensive to shoot before in certain situations or certain spins i shy away from in certain situations, so maybe over time i will definitely improve but that comes with table time

Very comparable to other top tier CF shafts on the market at more of competitive price.Regardless of your experience, you cannnot go wrong with this quality shaft. The CF has a nice finish and fits flush with my non-Cuetec butt.The tip diameter will come down to preference and shooting style. It does come with a Tiger Sniper tip which I believe is a soft-medium tip.So far so good with the Cynergy!
