Q24i- 23.8" IPS FHD Monitor

I have two of these monitors in my home office. They are about 1/8” different in height, which was a little annoying at first since the height is not adjustable. But after a few days, I no longer noticed the difference. The screen quality is nice. The design is nice. The speakers are quiet, so I usually switch to my laptop speaker.

Excellent monitor which can be portable. I used this when I travel and it can fit in my large suitcase with the sytrofoam packaging. Easy to attach and detach base.

I bought this to use as a second PC monitor. It has worked perfectly.

I like the product, good value for the price. The adjustments buttons require some deductive study and practice to master, other than that, no complaints.

Product arrived fine. There is a monitor, base, and support. There are no external wires. When I went to return product, contacted by seller and told that I was using a plug in and play monitor incorrectly. Seller contacted me to tell me that I would be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee even if the monitor is defective. Bought a different monitor and it works fine.

Only bad issue is that is does no have camera so need to open MacBook Air when want to use camera.

I know that I had the settings correct on my computer, and I know that the cable was not defective. The speakers on the brand new monitor did not work. There was no relevant info online at their website, and I could not get anyone on the phone for technical support. There was a long-runaround phone tree that ended in sending me to the website to schedule a call back. I didn't buy the monitor for the speakers, but still, they should work if they are included! Will avoid Lenovo from now on. Not worth it when there are other providers that provide better info and support.
