This product does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve found it to be gentle, predictable, and much easier on my system than some other products I’ve tried. About 6 months ago I started taking a medication that dries out your mucus membranes (mouth, nose, bowels etc) so I've been having a little constipation. I've tried a few different remedies but I didn't like them for various reasons. Tried this last night and wow, really happy with the results. It's very gentle, like having a normal bowel movement. One of the best cleanses! Gentle. No stomach pain. Our family uses this on a regular basis for days when things aren't moving as they should. We take 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime and things get back to normal the next day.

First of all, I never write reviews. But this product has changed my life!! I was on GLP-1 shots for a few months. They work and I lost 40 lbs, but they messed me up as far as going #2. 😳 I hadn’t had a normal bowel movement in months. I started this product and had results by day 2. Before this the only product that worked was Magnesium Citrate. That stuff will make you wish you were dead!! 3 of these before bed and I had movement in 30 minutes after getting up in the morning. Not a lot of cramping. After I cleansed for about a week I reduced to 2 one day and 1 the next and alternate 1 and 2 every other day. I have normal movement every morning now. Even during the cleanse, I didn’t have to live in the bathroom. I hope this information will help someone else that is as miserable as I was.

This product worked as described. I used it for occasional constipation and was pleased with the results. It provided gentle relief without causing discomfort. The capsules were easy to take, and the product was effective when I needed it most. Not as quickstrong as senna as I did need to take all 3 pills as directed but it worked within a one or two days. Overall, satisfied with my purchase.

Absolutely no nausea, cramping or bloating. I have constant constipation due to medication side effects. This is a life changer for me!!! Definitely recommend. Never seen anything like it. I go daily, I take 1 to 2 capsules every night. Depending on how the current day felt. Usually two, but if it’s a little too much I cut back to one.

This stuff works! I tried several other products to help me "go" but didn't work at all. This is a gentle product that works overnight and you can "go" in the morning without diarrhea. A friend told me about it and it is great. The only thing is that it took about 2 weeks to arrive. It's worth every penny.

This is life saving! I am diabetic and I am on metformin and a GLP-1 so definitely having issues with constipation😬 I've tried everything and nothing worked very well until I tried Mag07.
