I've had neck and back paint most of my life. And adding this to my routine has really helped make my pain more manageable. The only reason I docked a star is because you need to me near an outlet and the cord isn't very long.

Great massage!!You control how deep you want it to massage by adding more pressure with your arms in the loops.Would have given 5 stars but the heat feature is pretty low.Still worth the money to me.

We have had this for well over 12 months and used it so often. I helps to relieve pain, relax sore muscles. We primarily use on shoulder and neck but have also used on hip pain and calf muscles. Very reliable.

I dislocated my neck and this massager is a God send. I’m not allowed to drive so I can’t get to physical therapy and this massager works fantastically. Greatest investment I’ve made lately.

Bought this for my lower back pain. The heads rotate and two of the rotating balls are small and 2 are large. the small ones feel good and the hard ones hurt the spine. I need to loosen up on holding it hard against my spine when the large balls rotate. Otherwise, it is a very good item and at a decent price. Wish it came with a storage bag though but I knew that it didnt when I bought it.

Had been experiencing some neck pain and a friend suggested I buy one. Only complaint that I have is that the arm holders are very short and awkward.

Good for the price. The inner massager is pretty hard. Decent settings. Needs to be plugged into the wall
