Made a good choice in buying this chair . It is very costly. Even after ordering I had a thought that I could have bought 8 local chairs ( I have bought 2 chairs). I waited for the chairs n it arrived on time. Delivery executive disappoints me a bit for very first time n asked me to carry the box to first floor. Anyway , I opened the box n took out its parts .Wonderful packaging: it was packed very well. Can’t complain abt itI was shocked n upset after taking out all the parts from the box. Don’t know how to install n looked for a manual . It’s not there . I was literally scolding the brand name saying “ product costs send 20k, won’t they keep a printed manual for installation which costs ₹2. Stingyyyyyyyy. Then i browsed for YouTube videos and fixed Part by part. When I fixed the last part( the seat of the chair, I saw the installation printed paper in it . Oh myyyyyyy ... my fault.Again, I did it perfectly n all went well. I sensed that I didn’t fix the headrest properly n fixed it again.When I sat , that’s when I felt it’s worth the money. Very comfortable , airy, good back support and looks great. Can’t say abt durability for now . It looks durable . Arm rest is slightly hard for me . Gas lift works well. I love it

Initially, I was quite sceptical to buy this chair since neither had I heard of the brand before nor was I sure of its price. Anyways, I took the risk. And I must say that the money has been worth it so far. The customer service is very nice. We receive the chair dissembled in a large box and even before the courier arrives, we get a video on WhatsApp demonstrating how to assemble the chair. Assembling took me about an hour, however, it was simple to do. The company contacts you after a couple of days as well to make sure everything is alright. The chair is ergonomic and very comfortable to spend long hours in. The adjustable height of the chair is not a lot and was a little disappointing initially - that is why I have rated it 4 stars. Apart from that, the chair is perfect. You can lean back into the chair to about 135 degrees, and adjust the arm rests for typing and relaxed positions. There is absolutely no sweating while sitting on the chair. I spend about 10 hours every day working from home in this chair and my health has improved a lot. I was earlier suffering from back and neck pain due to improper posture but that has significantly improved due this chair. The nylon net is also very strong and you need not worry about it. It has been 2 months so far since I purchased the product and am happy about it. I will update this review later to let you know more. Anyways, I must say that this chair is definitely worth its cost. It is expensive indeed but then you do not want to risk your health over a couple of bucks, right? Do not hesitate to buy the product. It's good, ergonomic and has great customer support. What else do you need?

You must easily assemble it yourself using the instructions provided in the leaflet. A screw driver is also provided.The chair is excellent! The seats and back rest are mesh design (breathable) which makes it suitable to work long hours without you feeling heat of the cloth.The back rest's design is such that it gives a solid support to your spine when you are sitting in a straight posture. This is really important as people who sit on PCs for long hours must know that their spine takes a huge toll in the long run and its best to take care by using chairs with good spine support.The material used is high quality and overall it looks aesthetically pleasing also!This is an expensive chair (21K) but I believe it is a good investment for the long run if you sit on PC for more than 5-6 hours everyday.

Writing the review after 2 weeks of usageUsually I don't write reviews, but the kind of comfort this product has brough has bound me to break that cycle :Owing to WFH normal, I initially ordered a chair from Savya Home Apex Chair. Though it may be suitable for many but personally I was not happy with it. Returned it after a week of usage.Thereafter, I bought this chair from Misuraa. It did not had many reviews but I went ahead and bought it.Seller provided excellent support (sent videos to assemble, called to ensure if chair was delivered properly etc)Coming to comfort- I would rate it as 5/5. Well ergonomically designed, aesthetic look, adjustable arm rest, head rest, lumbar adjustable support. Whatever you look for in a good chair, you'll find in this one.Initially you may think the price range is high, but trust me the kind of comfort and painless long working hours will justify the cost. You would not want to compromise your health (back pain, neck pain etc) or your work just for a incremental amount of money.Go ahead and give it try, anyways you have option to return it if you wont like it, whats the risk :p

I purchased this chair to help with my lower back pain, but unfortunately, I haven't experienced any benefits from it. Recently, when I leaned back, the head support broke. It's more of a decorative piece than a functional chair, and it definitely doesn't justify its cost—especially since I can't use it for its intended purpose.

I received the product today. It is exactly like it looks in the images. Quality appears to be really good.As some one who has a history of chronic back pain (lower back slip disc), I wanted a chair with really good back support, and this chair meets my expectation.- The chair has a mesh design for both - back support and seating place. There's no cushion at the seating place.- It is expensive (got it for 22k), but given a good quality - I was ok with it.It was easy to assemble, all the screws were in place, so it made life easy. Though easy, start to end took us about 20 mins to assemble.
