Very easy to use at first the cord was rigid which made the movement a little difficult but overall happy with the way it works.

The media could not be loaded.  Please note , I have somewhat gone through 2 of these tools, my previous makes do not have a heat adjustA great tool. Only used once for a practice but it heats up quickly and the temperature can be easily adjusted.Only downside was there was no instructions on how to attaches the different bits so I had to look on the Amazon listing. Luckily there was a picture showing how to attach them

Stencils provided could of been a tad smaller, and would of been better if they were metal.Otherwise easy to use.

Sadly despite buying this last November I’ve only just had an opportunity to use it! As it’s supposedly for beginners I’m disappointed with the instructions, I can see I’ll have to spend a few hours on YouTube! My biggest issue is the dial with the temperature setting will only spin to the hottest temperature and will not go round to the lower temperature settings. It actually looks like it’s not been set straight! This is dangerous and not what I hoped for!

Instruction totally useless no information on what each piece of equipment is for or how to use. Had to watch Utube to understand what each is for and what temperatures are required. The equipment is sturdy and works well.
