Clocks unacceptably wrong and controllers very difficult to connect to Wifi
This product is NOT easy to install! The advertising lies.I'll come back to update this review after we've been using the product for a while, but in the mean-time I want to try to save you the aggravation I've been through getting this to work.I use a Samsung Galaxy S10+ as my device running the app, and have Virgin Media's Hub 3 for WiFi signal. If you have anything similar, you're going to hit the problem that the app on your phone will try to connect to your controller over 5GHz WiFi. But this is not supported by some component in the system (presumably the controller). What you need to do is to log into your router's control panel - generally this involves browsing to 192.168.0.1 - and to switch off the 5GHz signal. Your then configure the app, which will connect the controllers to your WiFi over the 2.4GHz signal. When it's all done, you log back into your router and re-enable 5GHz for normal operation.None of this is explained anywhere and exactly how you do it will anyway vary from site to site. I spent over an hour faffing about following the instructions before eventually finding a Reddit post for a different system with the same problem.--- updateI really can't recommend this product at all. Aside from the setup difficulty, the clocks in the controllers gain about one minute per hour. After a couple of weeks they are over five hours adrift of the correct time. The result is your room will be warm in the middle of the night and cold during the day. We have two controllers and it is the same problem on both. I reset them 13 hours ago and they are now 12 minutes adrift.--- further update! After several summer weeks being left alone, these controllers have magically started syncing their time to some external source and are now correct. They are Wifi-connected and must have some kind of over-the-wire update capability. I'm not going to alter the review though. If they can suddenly fix themselves, they can also suddenly send themselves wrong again. They're just not good enough for the intended use.

Buy Another Model From Elsewhere . Naff.
The media could not be loaded. This won't attach to the back plate - as in the attached photo and video. The installing electrician tried to fit it , I tried to fit it. I contacted the seller and asked them to show me how to fit it. I sent them photos. They 'helped' me by sending a photo of the thermostat and saying it should slide on. It does not. Looks like I'll have to stick it on with tape. The instructions are vague with tiny type and illegible in places. The 'diagrams' look nothing like the product. It is difficult to set up with the wifi. The only way it will work is to use AP mode. I am more than disappointed. I paid for the thermostat and for the electrician to install. I would not recommend buying this. The electrician said it was the 3rd one of this model he'd installed and the other 2 wouldn't fit onto the back plate either. Naff.
