Not accurate. Not reliable. Scans the same person from the same distance and it will read red (above 100.3), then yellow (above 99.3), and then green (below 99.4) within seconds of each scan. How can a person’s temp change 4 whole degrees in a couple seconds? (We saw from a range of 97 to 101 within seconds.) Tried on multiple people with the same weird varying wide-range results. Even compared temps to a regular thermometer and this thermometer was always changing whereas the regular old school thermometer stayed consistent. Cannot recommend.

I've had the device just over 30 days, and it has stopped working in the last two weeks. I was getting an error occasionally after the first week of having it and would take the batteries out and put them back in, then everything was fine. So I ignored it, just figured it may be a little glitchy.Now as of last week it says low batteries even after placing fresh ones, and won't turn on at all.The one I got was clearly defective, and I didn't pay attention to the 30-day return window. Went today and looks like I missed the window by 2 days, even though it's clearly defective.Very disappointed.

I should have returned it at the 1st sign of trouble. We would continually have to put in new batteries for it to work for a short time then it would drain them. even fresh rechargeable batteries would only last for a few temp readings and it would start to read them as low batteries and this was on brand new ones not something i have had for years.I would have to pass on this item..we will have to see if they honor the 1 year warranty.

Brand new batteries and it flashes and says the batteries are dead. I kept switching and buying batteries because I thought it was the batteries. WRONG unit doesn’t work. I put in new batteries and it reads then it says batteries dead. Take the batteries out and it reads then it says batteries dead. The booklet in that came with it says “Lifetime Guarantee for one year” Lol okay! States that if you need to file a claim to send it back to an address in China. It will cost more to ship it there then the thermometer is worth. NO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I was disapointed that there were not better directions to use this effectively. I found the directions were unclear and written in micro print. It would have been nice to have it say hold this one inch from your forehead when taking your temperture. There are buttons on the thermometer that I am clueless what to use them for. Does if function? Yes.. but am I sure I am using it correctly, no.

Buyer Beware!!! What you see pictured is NOT what you will receive. It looks the same, but that's about it. The WISHDREAM name is nowhere to be found on the box. The model number is completely different. No where on the box or instructions does it mention that a tympanic (ear) or wrist temperature can be measured with the thermometer that you will receive. My advice: Buy a different product. I know I will be.

Purchased in September. First need to use now Feb 7. Will not work even having installed 4 different brand new AAA batteries.

Bought 2 and they bought don’t work terrible I would not recommend this at all
