The product not as advertised; However very prompt customer Service and Fixing the issue
I received the product on time. However the setup that is shown in the picture cannot be done with what comes in the box as promised. First it came with no instructions. Second, there is no second pulley or cable to do the bottom level setup for low row or even lifts. When asked for instructions on how to do so, seller has not responded for a week now.UPDATE: 09/17/2020 - The seller did contact me eventually. Great customer service and response. Appreciate that. They added the how to video for attaching the pulley and also are on their way sending me the missing part. That makes up for me. Overall, the pulley is very easy to use and I have been using it with great satisfaction for the upper setups.

Good value and great simple product
Simple design, holds plenty of weight with no issue. You can do a lot with this unit, for the price its a great value. My only critique is that by securing the pully to the ceiling with the strap provided the weight can sometimes swing around a bit. Not a big deal, I still recommend this if you are looking to add some more exercise options to your home gym.

Good.
Pulley seems smooth. The attachments are pretty good quality. Only shortcoming is the only single 100" cable. This length is just too long for tricep pull downs. Reccomend finding a shorter cable to be able to do pulldowns effectively.

Easy set up...
I really this like product. I was able to rig it to do both tri and bi. It’s a great addition to my home gym.... Set up was easy and does the job for a great price.

Easy to use
Its a very nice add on to my home work out or I can even take it to the gym and use it there. I enjoy the work outs I do with equipment. Everything was great shape easy to use I love it

Good for the money
This was perfect for my garage gym. Hold a good amount of weight, nothing is cheaply made very sturdy almost gym quality. Only wish it came with 2 straps with the ring attached to give more ways to use.

Good product but as the packing list states 100 ft rope and recd only one piece at 8 feet had to work around itTricep rope pull down, pulleys good quality
