Excelled LeatherMen's Big and Tall Leather Flight Jacket

This jacket is probably the best jacket I've purchased to date. It fits perfectly, it's super warm, it's super comfortable, and it's everything a coat should be.

My son is a very fit and trim 6’5” tall & 200#. This is a selfie pic of him in the jacket (head and face edited) in the Excelled A2 Bomber Jacket Black size. LT (Large Tall). Its a perfect fit length an girth.These are Outstanding motorcycle jackets and also a perfect fit for me at 6’2” tall and 300# in 3XLT. Keep out the wind and are well and densely insulated.The 2XLT fits just snugly but well enough too. I am in a weight loss program and looking forward to wearing the 2XLT next year.My opinion - The Excelled offering is a better jacket than the one offered by Landing Leathers (with the flag in the lining). I have one of each - Excelled in black and Landing’s in brown. The Excelled has a robust snap on the wind flap covering the zipper at the collar and two robust snaps on the flap at the waist. Excellent! The Landing Leather’s jacket is a great jacket but only has one small snap on the wind flap and none at the collar where needed. The knit cuffs and waist band on either jacket appear to be of equal quality.Rub in some kiwi mink oil all over the jacket and it will be nearly water proof. I got caught in a “cats and dogs” deluge on my motorcycle in November 2019 and had to ride 30 miles in it. The mink oiled Excelled A2 kept my torso dry and my core and arms warm in this freak rain storm at 50 degrees F.

This is a great purchase for the money and for big guys. Hubby likes it and he’s picky

So I am a chubby fellow, but my channel is called Raiders of the Lost Flicks, so I wanted to start doing my videos in costume as Indiana Jones. Wish I could post pics, but can't seem to fine the option to do that. Anyways, I heard complaints about the zipper. I can kind of see where they are coming from. Indy seldom zips his coat, so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I am just happy it fits. Warning though, it's EXTREMLEY warm, and I live in Florida! I may actually where this next time I am at a convention in colder climates, or visit family up north during the winter.

This was a beautiful jacket with first class leather which I would have kept if it wasn't cut for a man with a giant pot belly. It fit in the shoulders fine but hung down in front of me several inches. Laying the jacket flat you could see the cut was way longer in the front of the jacket than in the back. About five inches. You would have to have a belly like a nine month pregnant women for the jacket to fit properly. I debated keeping it and having it tailored but decided against it. Other than the fit, it was a beautiful jacket.

The Fit Is Perfect!

This jacket fits well and looks great, but it has lots of padding inside. This makes for a very warm jacket on super cold days, especially when it is windy. The leather blocks the wind and the padding keeps out the cold. But it is just a one season jacket. It is way too heavy to wear in the spring and fall, so keep that in mind if you decide to buy this coat. But if you need a jacket to keep out the cold, this is the one for you.

Wow, beautiful quality! The seller took great care to pack our item in a substantial protective bag, and I was delighted to see how rich-looking the jacket appeared and felt. It looks like a much more expensive jacket than it actually cost, like really good quality. Unfortunately, we had to return it because it was too small for my brother, but he is, ahem, a good candidate for a celery diet, shall we say. The seller kindly accepted a return with no trouble at all - actually one of the nicest sellers I’ve encountered on Amazon.

This product is high quality,and nicely constructed.Unfortunately,they run about 2 sizes too small.I ordered a 3xl,and it fits like a large or xl.I cannot wear it.

Very poor seller, said they would custom make rather than have me return, did not custom make just sent the same jacket without the size label!! Buyer beware!!

the product did not fit but the return process was very smooth . it was too small but they did offer customize.
