These are hight quality, sturdy stakes. They have a properly pointed end that allows them to be pushed easily into firm soil. Lost one star because one of the twenty stakes I got was undersized.

They are very good fiberglass rods. They are sturdy and are of good quality but it's a bit absurd that they cost so much more than the orange ones.

The deer walked right through my nylon fencing with bamboo stakes. These stakes are super strong and are holding up just as I expected them to.

This is the second time I purchased these Ecostakes from Amazon. We live in the country and have to protect our young trees, shrubs and plants from all the wildlife. These stakes do a great job supporting the cages we use. Highly recommend these.

I hate rabbits, during the brutal cold Wisconsin winter these little… beasts… viciously attack my evergreens as well as my deciduous bushes taking off every branch up to a height of about 18 inches; and then, to add insult to injury, they gnaw the bark off of the trunk sometimes completely ringing the trunk, thereby killing the plant. I use these ecostakes in conjunction with green vinyl coated wire fencing to protect my plants. The combination of green stakes and green coated fencing holds these little fiends at bay and enables plants to survive the winter without unduly detracting the appearance of my ornamentals.Unfortunately, these little ravenous critters switch to other plants and attack them without remorse, so I have needed to buy more fencing and more stakes to avoid the total denudation of every unprotected portion of my yard. In Wisconsin, the DNR will vigorously persecute any attempts to actively control pestiferous wildlife, so my only choice is a passive defense. These stakes are an important component in that defense of my ornamental shrubs from ravenous rabbits. I hope they all starve to death next winter. I'm going to do my best to see that they don't feed in my yard.

I used these for an electric predator fence to attach to a chain-link fence with radiator clamps. The application is very sturdy! I was glad these were offered --even though is was used other than advertized. Great product--Great price!!

I like how sturdy and durable these are. I used 4 of them to support the sides of a floppy GeoBin. Works great.

These are holding up well for us and our chickens. We live in a suburban/non forested area, so not many predators at all during the day. It wouldn’t keep much out, but it does keep our girls in! So far the stakes have withstood about 30-50 mph wind gusts and they have a lot of give. It’s not going to be the straightest fence with this product — it will blow around a bit - but with some string or twisters to pin them to the plastic fencing, it works like a charm. Great product and I’m maybe going to order more soon to expand their fencing area!
