I really wanted to love this product but it just doesn't quite live up to my expectations. I love the soft feel and the size and the velcro closure so it stays on your head. However, it just doesn't hold it's heat! It comes out of the microwave and I would put it straight on, but feel it's cold within 5-10 minutes. On top of this, based on the recommended heating times, I don't feel it gets hot enough in the first place, but don't want to over heat it incase the contents "burn" as has happened to me with wheatbags in the past. I really really wanted to be wowed by this, but it just didn't do it for me - especially for the price!!

Easy to heat up and unlike many other items like this doesn’t smell when heated - I suffer from headaches on one side and this is perfect to use on the affected side without having to cover my whole head.

Absolutely perfect especially if you suffer from migraine- so comfy and really does block out the light

We have bought 2 Hugaroo's and both now have a hole in them. It seems as though they've melted and the beads inside now come out. The products are great, they're just not durable and therefore not worth buying.

The thickness is perfect and it's very comfortable to wear.. just a shame it's not to warm to be effective..

The product worked really well for the first 3 months. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions and heating it in the exact same way, it developed a hole and all the beads fell out.

I have neuro conditions and this has helped A LOT when I have needed the compression and blackout effect. It was also versatile and helped when my neck seized up.*Warning* I recently travelled to Canada (from the UK) and took it with me in my hand luggage. I was fine going out there, fine on an internal flight (it got flagged at security but it was returned to me with no warning or anything), but when it came to my flight home they confiscated it at security - they said I could have it checked in as hold luggage but didn't give me a reason as to why it was forbidden in ONLY my hand luggage and that when I flew internally it should have been taken from me then. So just be careful if choosing to fly with it!I am purchasing a replacement - as it's a great product - but just wanted to let fellow travellers know of this experience.

Worth it! Very good for headaches or sore muscles in general.
