This was the perfect solution to a seatless kayak I purchased for $100. It is super comfy and fit perfectly! The only thing that was a pain in the rear was the paper covering the adhesion glue. It did not come off very smoothly at all. I had to pick at the pieces that tore and wouldn’t come off. It was like trying to take a sticker off that just keeps tearing. Drove me nuts, but once I had it installed I never looked back. It’s awesome!!

Was a perfect replacement seat for a friends fiberglass kayak I rebuilt.

Good seat for the money. The only issue I have with it is that it is peeling up slightly in the front, other than that... works great! Way better than sitting on hard plastic :)

I do not have enough "personal" padding to use this product for any extended length of time. It does fit the "cracks" and crevasses but a board is almost as comfortable.

As a kayak fisherman, I spend many hours sitting in my yak. This seat cushion looked like the solution to the invariable butt numbness that goes along with aforementioned activity (or lack thereof). Unfortunately, this chunk of padding did not live up to expectations.The problem lies with the advertised depth. Whereas this seat is said to be 11/2 inches high, it is more like a half to 3/4 inches thick where it counts. You can see this in the photo. The rim around the sitting area measures as advertised. The business part of the seat is so thin that I can find virtually no difference in comfort in this versus the seat cushion that came with my yak.I do not recommend this product if you are looking for added comfort during longer kayak trips.
